Second Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides Trailer

It’s been posters galore when it comes to Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides but tady we have a brand spanking new trailer for you to feast your eyes on.

At World’s End may not have been the best movie when it was released back in 2007 but I am looking forward to On Stranger Tides and the return of Captain Jack Sparrow.

Crossing paths with the enigmatic Angelica (Penélope Cruz), he’s not sure if it’s love… or if she’s a ruthless con artist who’s using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth.

When she forces him aboard the ‘Queen Anne’s Revenge,’ the ship of the legendary pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn’t know whom to fear more: Blackbeard or Angelica, with whom he shares a mysterious past.

The international cast includes franchise vets Geoffrey Rush as the vengeful Captain Hector Barbossa and Kevin R. McNally as Captain Jack’s longtime comrade Joshamee Gibbs, plus Sam Claflin as a stalwart missionary and Astrid Bergès-Frisbey as a mysterious mermaid.

Cars 2: New Characters

Cars 2 will be the Pixar movie that will grace the big screen this summer – hoping to repeat the success of Toy Story 3 twelve months ago.

Lightening McQueen is back – once again voiced by Owen Wilson – as he finds himself on another whirlwind adventure.

And here ate FemaleFirst we have a couple of new characters to introduce you to.

Jeff Gorvette is one of the greatest American racecars alive today. Donning the stars and stripes of his country’s flag, the #24 Corvette C6.R has proven his ability to succeed on the big ovals and the road courses of the Grand Touring Sports circuits.

Having moved from his hometown of Vallejo, California to Indiana to be closer to the racing world, Gorvette’s ability to accelerate at such a young age has turned hoods wherever he competes.

His championships and number of victories are unmatched, making him a respected competitor, and legitimate threat, at the World Grand Prix.

Darrell Cartrip is a legendary multi-Piston Cup champion turned beloved racing announcer. The Kentucky-born #17 Chevrolet Monte Carlo is known for his wild colour commentary, delighting Piston Cup fans with his humour, charisma and signature catch phrases – “Boogity, Boogity, Boogity! Let’s go racin’ boys!”

He’s spent years on the track, in the pits and in the grease, and he’ll tell you all about it.

This American Southern gentleman knows what it takes to win, and plans to bring that fervent expertise to calling the World Grand Prix.

Cars 2 is released 22nd July.

The Way Trailer

Emilio Estevez is back in the director’s chair as he teams up with his father Martin Sheen for new movie The Way – in which he also appears.

Martin Sheen plays Tom, an American doctor who comes to St Jean Pied de Port, France to collect the remains of his adult son, killed in the Pyrenees in a storm while walking The Camino de Santiago, also known as The Way of St James.

Driven by his profound sadness and desire to understand his son better, Tom decides to embark on the historical pilgrimage, leaving his ‘California bubble life’ behind.

Armed with his son’s backpack and guidebook, Tom navigates the 800km pilgrimage from the Pyrenees, to Santiago de Compostela in the north west of Spain, but soon discovers that he will not be alone on this journey.

While walking The Camino, Tom meets other pilgrims from around the world, all broken and looking for greater meaning in their lives: a Dutchman (Yorick van Wageningen) a Canadian (Deborah Kara Unger) and an Irish writer (James Nesbitt) who is suffering from a bout of ‘writer’s block’.

From the hardship experiences along The Way this unlikely quartet of misfits create an everlasting bond and Tom begins to learn what it means to be a citizen of the world again, and discovers the difference between ‘The life we live and the life we choose’.

The Way is released 13th May. Take a look at the trailer for the movie:
