Who would have thought back in 2000 that eleven years later we would be waiting for a fifth release in the Final Destination franchise.

Well that is exactly what has happened as Final Destination 5 is set to hit the big screen later this summer – just two years after the fourth movie was supposed to be the last.

In ‘Final Destination 5,’ Death is just as omnipresent as ever, and is unleashed after one man’s premonition saves a group of co-workers from a terrifying suspension bridge collapse.

But this group of unsuspecting souls was never supposed to survive and, in a terrifying race against time, the ill-fated group frantically tries to discover a way to escape Death’s sinister agenda.
