Steven Spielberg is back in the director’s chair later this year as he turns his hand to animation with The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn .
Spielberg has teamed up with fellow Oscar winner Peter Jackson, who is on producing duties, and Weta Digital, who ware working on the animation.
For the film Spielberg has brought together an all star cast that includes Jamie Bell, Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg and Daniel Craig.
The movie, which is penned by Steven Moffat, Joe Cornish and Edgar Wright and is expected to be the first in a trilogy.
Tintin and his friends discover directions to a sunken ship commanded by Capt. Haddock’s ancestor and go off on a treasure hunt.
The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn is released 26th October. Take a look at the new image for the movie:
