Rihanna’s Love for Cheryl

Not only has Rihanna been getting naked, again, this time she’s telling the world how much she would love to watch Cheryl Cole bend over.

Right Rihanna, we get it, you’re cool and alternative and might like girls but might not because you’re mysterious like that.

Now, I have no problem with girls have girl crushes, mine is Mila Kunis for example, but I just feel like Rihanna does it all for the publicity.

Cheryl’s already admitted that her girl crush is Rihanna and so it just seems that Rihanna is saying it back to trick young men (and most likely old men) into thinking her and Cheryl might actually happen. Rihanna, get dressed and quit the publicity stunts, they’re getting lame now.

Cutest Story of the Week

I think it’s pretty much safe to say that every woman on earth is in love with David Beckham, but ladies, it’s about to reach new heights.

David Beckham gets this week’s award for Cutest Story of the Week after he took his mum out for a pie and mash lunch and then gave his Grandma a surprise visit after landing in London today.

I can hear the millions of hearts gushing over his gentlemanly ways.

He looked delish, as usual, and if you would like to see more of his finely sculpted facial hair and muscles then buy this month’s Elle magazine as he is gracing the front page beautifully.

Burberry casts Gabriella Wilde And Roo Panes in Autumn/Winter 2012 campaign

Burberry have released the images of their latest campaign, and once again we’re left in awe.

For the past few seasons Burberry have knocked it out of the park with their advertisements and never before have we wanted the whole Burberry collection to make its way into our wardrobe.

Replacing Cara Delevingne and Eddie Redmayne from the Spring/Summer 2012 campaign are actress Gabriella Wilde and singer Roo Panes for Autumn/Winter 2012.

As has been for the past few seasons, the campaign was shot by Mario Testino. The moody black-and-white ads were captured on the foggy streets of Greenwich, London.

Burberry claims it was their biggest advertising production to date with an exclusive soundtrack, ‘Indigo Home,’ penned by Panes for the campaign.

“We wanted to play with everything that’s at the heart of the Burberry world – celebrating our brand and London through imagery, film, music, weather and our iconic outerwear, all in a very poetic and British way,” said creative director, Christopher Bailey.

Alex Reid Becoming the ‘Pregnant Man’

Three words, what the hell? Yes, Alex Reid became ‘pregnant’ for a day in a photoshoot with Now magazine so that he could try to empathise with his fiancée Chantelle Houghton.

This is so ridiculous that I had to look twice at the story, and if you see the pictures, they are just as laughable.

I’m assuming that wearing a bump for the day in no way replicates what it’s actually like to be pregnant.

Firstly, you can take it off at the end of the day, it doesn’t move or require you to eat more, you won’t get horrific heartburn and your hormones won’t be all over the place, the list is endless.

The only things Alex Reid discovered, if anything, is that it’s a little hard to carry bags, push a vacuum around and, most importantly, get to the sink.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter Red Band Trailer

I have to admit that Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter is one of the movies that I am looking forward to this summer as it promises to be different to any of the vampire movies that we have seen over the last couple of years.

The movie is an adaptation of the Seth Grahame-Smith novel and he has adapted his own story for the screenplay while Timur Bekmambetov is back in the director’s chair.

And we have the new red band trailer from the movie for you to take a quick look at:

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter explores the secret life of one of the greatest US presidents, and the untold story that shaped a nation.

Visionary filmmakers Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov (director of Wanted) bring a fresh and visceral voice to the bloodthirsty lore of the vampire, imagining Lincoln as history’s greatest hunter of the undead.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter is released 20th June

Soccer Aid

Now I’m not a massive football fan and, as is the norm with women, I don’t understand the offside rule or even how many players are in each team, but in the name of good fun I bought tickets for this year’s event and off I went, and I must say it was a brilliant match to watch.

Slyly, I was rooting for the Rest of the World to win, mostly because I knew who more of them were, and the fact the Gerard Butler was playing for them may have helped a little bit, but everyone was in good spirits and cheered for both sides.

One thing I cannot believe is that Sergio Pizzorno, guy from Kasabian, scored the first and only goal for ROW.

He looked so gangly and unlike a footballer that he was the last person I expected to score. Another annoyance was Aston Merrygold, he just showboated throughout the entire game, with fancy footwork whenever he got the ball, but never actually kept the ball long enough to score a goal.

He was also the first one to take his top off once the match had finished, obviously. Apart from that, it was a pleasure to be part of the experience, everyone was jolly and light-hearted and the best thing to come from it was that the match raised £4m for UNICEF.

Brilliant work from everyone involved and I actually can’t wait for next year.

Georgia Davis, Britain’s Fattest Teenager

I’m aware that today’s blog is not celebrity based but when I saw this story, I just had to put my 2 pence in. Yesterday, it took a team of over 30 scaffolders, police and firemen to get Georgia Davis out of her home and to hospital.

The reason? Because she’s a suspected 63 stone. Now I find this just disturbing, at 19, how do you even get to that weight? I do feel sorry for Georgia, once you get past a certain weight, it’s hard to go back, but why let yourself get like that in the first place?

Now before anyone says ‘well it’s easy for thin people to say’, I’m not thin myself, but I’m certainly not anywhere near 63 stone. I don’t believe that being fat is a disease, the answer is simple, don’t eat so much.

The worst thing about this story is that back when Georgia was 15 she lost half her body weight after she enrolled in a fat camp in America, so why would she put it all back on and more when she knows how difficult it is to lose?

Allegedly, Georgia needed to go to hospital as her organs had started failing due to her weight, so the mammoth task of building a bridge to carry her from the first floor of her house began, as well as having to remove a first floor window and wall.

The whole fiasco took eight hours from start to finish, which highlights that had her condition been any more serious, she may have died during the process.

I wish Georgia the best in her battle with her weight, but after being told that she will not see 20 if she continues as she is and saying that she’s not ready to diet yet, unfortunately, I seriously doubt it is a battle she will win.

The Campaign – Marty Huggins Campaign Video

Zach Galifianakis and Will Ferrell are set to team up for new comedy movie The Campaign, which is directed by Jay Roach.

The movie sees Galifianakis & Ferrell take on the roles of Marty Huggins & Cam Brady who are set to go head to head in a tough election.

And Mary Huggins has released his campaign video to win your votes:

When long-term congressman Cam Brady (Will Ferrell) commits a major public gaffe before an upcoming election, a pair of ultra-wealthy CEOs plot to put up a rival candidate and gain influence over their North Carolina district.

Their man: naive Marty Huggins (Zach Galifianakis), director of the local Tourism Center. At first, Marty appears to be the unlikeliest possible choice but, with the help of his new benefactors’ support, a cutthroat campaign manager and his family’s political connections, he soon becomes a contender who gives the charismatic Cam plenty to worry about.

The Campaign is released 28th September.

The Amazing Spider Man Images

Marvel are already having a fantastic summer at the box office and that looks set to continue with The Amazing Spider Man, if you haven’t seen the trailer yet then you really should check it out.

And Marvel have been pretty coy about showing off The Lizard in the build up to the movie… until now. Yes new images that have been released finally give us a clear view of who Peter Parker is set to do battl with in the movie.

Rhys Ifans takes on the role of Dr. Curt Connors aka The Lizard in the movie, a scietist who accidentally turns himself into this creature when an experiment goes wrong.

The Amazing Spider Man sees the franchise get a reboot as Andrew Garfield takes over the role of teenage Peter Parker.

Alongside Garfield and Ifans is an all star cast as Emma Stone, Sally Field, Martin Sheen and Denis Leary are all on board while Marc Webb is set to direct.

Take a look at the new pics from the movie:
