Indonesia Bar Lady Gaga

So yesterday it was reported that Lady Gaga has been refused entry into Indonesia where she was due to perform a gig in the nation’s capital on the 3rd June.

The reason behind her being refused a permit is due to Islamic extremists saying that ‘bad things might happen’ should she even try to enter the country.

The extremists have also said one of the reasons they don’t want the singer in the country is because she will corrupt the nation’s youth. Seriously?

I’m fully aware that Lady G is a little out there with her dress sense and could be accused to have lost her marbles a little, but her entire theme is to just be who you are, who you want to be, but maybe that’s what the extremists are scared of.

I’m completely for everyone having their own opinion so if you don’t like her music then don’t go and see her, what you should not be doing is prancing about with signs reading ‘Lady Gaga no way, Lady Gaga go to hell’.

Grow up and put your efforts into something that actually matters.

The Campaign Trailer

Everyone loves a good comedy and it seems like The Campaign is set to be one not to miss as a fantastic cast as been assembled.

The movie marks the return to the big screen for Will Ferrell and he is joined by Zach Galifianakis, Jason Sudeikis, Dan Aykroyd and Brian Cox.

And we have the first trailer for the movie for you to take a quick look at:

When long-term congressman Cam Brady (Will Ferrell) commits a major public gaffe before an upcoming election, a pair of ultra-wealthy CEOs plot to put up a rival candidate and gain influence over their North Carolina district.

Their man: naive Marty Huggins (Zach Galifianakis), director of the local Tourism Center. At first, Marty appears to be the unlikeliest possible choice but, with the help of his new benefactors’ support, a cutthroat campaign manager and his family’s political connections, he soon becomes a contender who gives the charismatic Cam plenty to worry about.

The Campaign is released 28th September.

Third Clip For The Raid

Now The Raid is a movie that I have been looking forward to for some time and I will be going to check it out tonight so fingers crossed it lives up to all the hype.

The action movie from director Gareth Evans hits the big screen this week and is the second of three projects that he has with actor Iko Uwais.

So if you can’t wait until the weekend to check out this action flick then we have a third clip from the movie for you to take a look at:

In the heart of Jakarta lies a rundown apart¬ment infested with druggies and drifters.

It’s ruled by a ruthless drug lord who uses the tenement to shelter his junkie customers, pushers, enforcers and brutal killers.

The apartment block is considered untouch¬able by even the bravest of police – until one early morning when, cloaked under dawn’s dark¬ness, an elite SWAT team, led by officer Rama (Uwais), raids the peril-filled structure.

As Rama’s squad races between the maze of rooms and floors, encountering a barrage of gunfire, machetes, and ruthless hand-to-hand combat around every corner, the stakes get higher and higher building to an explosive crescendo and an ultimate battle.

The Raid is released 18th May.
