Snooki Being A Mum

So Snooki has been pictured in the news today pushing a pram to the beach. Do you know what was in the pram? Beer.

I swear to God, she must not have a brain. Yes, it’s very practical, but that’s not the point. The point is, prams are for pushing babies around in, and when you’re pregnant you shouldn’t have beer, let alone be pushing it around in a device used to transport babies.

I’m being serious when I say that some people should be sterilised. God knows whether she was drinking the beer in question, but even so, she shouldn’t be partying hard at the beach when she’s heavily pregnant.

God save that poor child.

The Dark Knight Rises New Banners

The Dark Knight Rises is set to be one of the biggest movie events of the year and there is now only a couple of weeks to wait before the final explosive instalment hits the big screen.

Sadly it will be Christopher Nolan final Batman movie but, if the trailers are anything to go by, it is set to be the biggest and the best.

Christian Bale is back to fight evil once again and this time he is facing the might of Bane, played by Tom Hardy as the Brit actor reunites with his Inception filmmaker.

And it is quite the Inception reunion as Joseph Gordon Levitt and Marion Cotillard are both on board while Anne Hathaway takes on the role of Catwoman.

The Dark Knight Rises is released 20th July

Salute UK Trailer

The picture of the three men on the winner’s podium after the Men’s 200m final at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics is still considered one of the most powerful images of modern history.

Almost forgotten in the ensuing years is the seemingly quiet and composed man in the left of the picture, the Australian silver medallist Peter Norman.

Why is he considered a household name throughout the United States even today? And why do the other medallists Tommie Smith and John Carlos consider him a brother? This is the story of the quiet man, the forgotten man and a salute to him.
