Frankenweenie is one of the movies that I am looking forward to this autumn as Tim Burton returns to the world of stop motion animation.
Frankenweenie is set to be a black and white stop movie that is an remake of the director’s 1984 short movie of the same name.
And we have a trailer for the movie for you to check out:
After unexpectedly losing his beloved dog Sparky, young Victor harnesses the power of science to bring his best friend back to life – with just a few minor adjustments.
He tries to hide his home-sewn creation, but when Sparky gets out, Victor’s fellow students, teachers and the entire town all learn that getting a new ‘leash on life’ can be monstrous.
Winona Ryder, Catherine O’Hara and Christopher Lee are just some of the names that have lent their voice to the movie and these three have all worked with Burton in the past.
Frankenweenie is released 17th October
