Happy Feet Two Featurette

Happy Feet Two hits the big screen this week – a piece of movie cheer as the festive season grows ever closer.

This movie comes a whopping five years after the original but George Miller is back in the director’s chair.

In this latest video we take you behind the scenes of the recording as the stars reveal their delight to be back for a sequel.

Mumble, The Master of Tap, has a problem because his tiny son, Erik, is choreo-phobic. Reluctant to dance, Erik runs away and encounters The Mighty Sven – a penguin who can fly!

Mumble has no hope of competing with this charismatic new role model. But things get worse when the world is shaken by powerful forces.

Erik learns of his father’s ‘guts and grit’ as Mumble brings together the penguin nations and all manner of fabulous creatures – from tiny Krill to giant Elephant Seals – to put things right.

Happy Feet Two is released 2nd December

Old Dogs Clip

Old Dogs sees John Travolta and Robin Williams team up on the big screen this week.

Two best friends – one unlucky-in-love divorcee (Williams) and the other a fun-loving bachelor (Travolta) – have their lives turned upside down when they’re unexpectedly charged with the care of 7-year-old twins while on the verge of the biggest business deal of their lives.

The not-so-kid-savvy bachelors stumble in their efforts to take care of the twins (newcomers Ella Bleu Travolta and Conner Rayburn), leading to one debacle after another and perhaps to a new-found understanding of what’s really important in life.

Take a look at a clip from the movie, which was released today:

Caz’s Saturday Sizzler

Ruth is living up with the all the trendy music fans at Leeds Festival this weekend so you’ve got me…Caz…stepping into her gossip-filled shoes today….

It seems Mischa Barton’s recent visit to a psychiatric hospital was down to getting streesed out after an opeartion on her wisdom teeth! The actress spoke out about her “perfect storm” today. I think she’ll need to come up with a better explanation than that if she wants to put all the drink problem rumours to bed.

We all learnt a little more than we wanted to learn about Robin Williamstoday. It seems the Oscar winning actor has gotten himself a bit of a rep for being ‘well hung’ after he spent a whole day walking round without any pants on the set of his new movie. Now that’s a mental image we didn’t want.

Speaking of stars revealing too much information- Kelly Osbourne has been telling us all about how he mother waxed her moustache for her. The rock star daughter explianed how Sharon got a little over-excited and removed half a skin along with the hair- ouch!

Bradley Cooper is blaming Christian Bale for losing out on the lead role in The Green Lantern. It seems the casting agents weren’t impressed with Cooper’s husky Batman style vocal. Have you ever heard of originality Bradley? No one like a copycat!

Ruth’s Wednesday Warble

They do say; “Be careful what you wish for,” and after Katie Price told Piers Morgan that she would be pregnant this year, it looks like the stars promise could be true! Okay, so we all know you can often get complacent when you get all loved up, but with Jordan’s main source of income being her body, I doubt she’d wolf down pizza and Ben & Jerry’s with her new love… do you?

After weeks of speculation, the death of Michael Jackson is now being treated as homicide. Jacko’s doctor, Conrad Murray has been thought to be involved in the stars death since the day he passed, but it seems that he will at last be facing proper police questioning, and could be charged with manslaughter any day now.

So, the in-laws can be a pain in the neck from time to time, but Amy Winehouse is taking her grievances to the next level after announcing plans to take her ex’s mum to court! Not sure that suing your mother in law is the best course of action for saving your marriage Amy…

*Sob!* it looks like my childhood dream of marrying Take That’s Mark Owen could be shattered as he is set to marry his long-term girlfriend Emma Ferguson in November.

So Robin Williams has revealed that he has been approached to play Susan Boyle in a biopic of her life. Yes you heard me right we are all going to be treated to a movie about the Britain’s Got Talent singer, a film that has been in the pipeline for a while. I mean for crying out loud are we taking Boyle mania just a little bit too far?
