Another New Year’s Eve Poster

Another weekend and we have a another New Year’s Eve catalogue – a movie that I have to admit that I am really looking forward to.

Garry Marshall has brought together another super impressive ensemble cast that includes Josh Duhamel, Zac Efron, Hector Elizondo, Katherine Heigl, Ashton Kutcher, Seth Meyers, Lea Michele, Sarah Jessica Parker,Michelle Pfeiffer, Til Schweiger, Ryan Seacrest – not to mention Robert De Niro.

New Year’s Eve promises to be one of the feel good movies of the festive period – much like Valentine’s Day was when it was released last year.

New Year’s Eve celebrates love, hope, forgiveness, second chances and fresh starts, in the intertwining stories of couples and singles, told amidst the pulse and promise of New York City on the most dazzling night of the year.

New Year’s Eve is set to be one of the feel good movie this Christmas as Garry Marshall returns to the director’s chair with his follow up to Valentine’s Day.

New Year’s Eve celebrates love, hope, forgiveness, second chances and fresh starts, in the intertwining stories of couples and singles, told amidst the pulse and promise of New York City on the most dazzling night of the year.

The film stars Jessica Biel, Jon Bon Jovi, Abigail Breslin, Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges, two-time Academy Award® winner Robert De Niro, Josh Duhamel, Zac Efron, Hector Elizondo, Katherine Heigl, Ashton Kutcher, Seth Meyers, Lea Michele, Sarah Jessica Parker, Academy Award® nominee Michelle Pfeiffer, Til Schweiger, Ryan Seacrest, two-time Academy Award® winner Hilary Swank and Sofia Vergara.

No Strings Attached Images

For anyone who is a Natalie Portman fan then 2011 is going to be a real treat for you as she has a whole host of movies awaiting release.

And one of those movies is romantic comedy No Strings Attached, which sees her team with with the lovely Ashton Kutcher.

Emma and Adam are life-long friends who almost ruin everything by having sex one morning. In order to protect their friendship, they make a pact to keep their relationship strictly “no strings attached.”

“No strings” means no jealousy, no expectations, no fighting, no flowers, no baby voices. It means they can do whatever they want, whenever they want, in whatever public place they want, as long as they don’t fall in love.

The question becomes — who’s going to fall first? And can their friendship survive?

Natalie Portman is making movies left right and centre at the moment – she is going to be a permanent fixture on the big screen over the coming weeks and months.

She already has Black Swan, Your Highness, The Other Woman and Thor in the pipeline but her new movie, No Strings Attached, sees her team up with Ashton Kutcher.

New True Grit & No Strings Attached Poster

No Country For Old Men was one of the best movies of 2008, indeed it went on to take the Best Picture Oscar, and now the Coen Brothers are back with their new western style movie True Grit.

Fourteen-year-old Mattie Ross’s (Hailee Steinfeld) father has been shot in cold blood by the coward Tom Chaney (Josh Brolin), and she is determined to bring him to justice.

Enlisting the help of a trigger-happy, drunken U.S. Marshal, Rooster Cogburn (Jeff Bridges), she sets out with him — over his objections — to hunt down Chaney.

Her father’s blood demands that she pursue the criminal into Indian territory and find him before a Texas Ranger named LeBoeuf (Matt Damon) catches him and brings him back to Texas for the murder of another man.

No Strings Attached is directed by Ivan Reitman, directing his first movie since My Super Ex-Girlfriend back in 2006, and is written by Elizabeth Meriweather.

Portman and Kutcher play two friends who agree to start a casual fling, thinking they can do it without any emotional baggage.

Sounds easy enough, right? Sure — that is, until love gets in the way. From then on, they must decide whether they can actually make their newly defined friendship work.

Ashton Kutcher Denies Cheating Via Twitter

Ashton Kutcher has taken to Twitter (where else) to douse the rumours that he’s been cheating on his foxy wife Demi Moore.

According to US gossip magazine Star, the actor was seen smooching with a woman who wasn’t Demi by a bathroom in an Italian restaurant in LA – not exactly the most romantic of settings eh?

Either way, Ashton has used everyone’s favourite micro-blogging site to deny these claims by saying: “I think Star magazine calling me a “cheater” qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees”

Before following it up with; “STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind “freedom of the press” when you are writing fiction.” Yikes, we know all about defamation from our university studies… we hope everything sorts itself out soon!

Killers Clips

Killers is just one of the comedies that is gracing the big screen this summer and sees Katherine Heigl join forces with Ashton Kutcher for the Robert Luketic directed picture.

Spencer Aimes (Kutcher) is just your average, undercover, government-hired super-assassin accustomed to a life of exotic European locales, flashy sports cars and even flashier women.

But when he meets Jen Kornfeldt (Heigl), a beautiful, fun-loving computer tech recovering from a bad break-up, he finds true love…and happily trades international intrigue for domestic bliss.

Three years later, Spencer and Jen are still enjoying a picture-perfect marriage – that is, until the morning after Spencer’s 30th birthday. That’s when Spencer and Jen learn he’s the target of a multi-million dollar hit.

Even worse, the hired killers have been stalking the happy couple for years, and could be anyone: friends, neighbors, the grocery store clerk, even that crabby old guy shuffling across the street.

Now Spencer and Jen are on the run for their lives. As their suburban paradise turns into a paranoid game of dodge-the-bullet, they must find out who wants Spencer dead and why, all the while trying to save their marriage, manage his in-laws, keep up neighborly appearances … and just plain survive.

Demi Moore Reckons “Lots Of Sex” For Staying Young

Demi Moore just rubbed our faces a little bit deeper in the fact that she looks great, has a toyboy husband AND has lots of sex whilst she’s at it during a new interview.

Apparently the 47 year old actress thinks the secret to looking so youthful is bonking away like your life depended on it… well Note To Demi – it’s good if you can get it! Clearly I’m going to look about 30 by the time I turn 23 next month!

Speaking to Heatworld she smugly said; “I would say that a lot of sex helps, it’s the endorphins!” before adding that her marriage is more about the emotions than the physical; “I know I have someone who loves me for who I am and who I’m not. He loves me for my imperfections and that makes me feel so happy.”

Erm, imperfections? You could have fooled me Demi! I am so desperate to look youthful and carefree, I might even consider dating Jack Tweed.
