Hi Ladies ….
Well I know one thing this weather is doing nothing for my skin and I bet you are the same, I’ve been looking at different ranges to put the moisture back into our skin to give that radiant glow back and guess what I found the perfect creams…..
BB Stands for Beauty Balm and these can be used instead of moisturiser, also can be used for firming you skin as -well as giving a great base for your foundation. You can also use with a moisturiser, but be careful not to over load the skin as your foundation can slip, this will cause patches with your makeup, if you’re unclear what to use please tweet mizz_glitzy for some advice.
CC Stands for colour corrector to give the perfect base!
I discovered that L’Oreal has a wide range of products that covers most skin ranges at a reasonable price:
Anti-Redness- is amazing for red blotchy skin….or ladies that suffers with roseatia this will give you a perfect base that your foundation will give an amazing coverage
Anti Fatigue- This is for more mature skin to help fill in fine lines and wrinkles!
Anti Dullness- Ladies tired and dried out skin this is perfect for: Especially for them early mornings school runs….. For Mums still to look their best!

Garnier has a range out, also and again for different types of skin so you need to make sure that it’s suitable for you,
Oily skin: Ladies if you suffer with oily skin this is perfect and will really balance your oils out before applying your makeup, you will notice your foundation will last a lot longer!
Normal/dry skin: If you feel your skin is combination, then gives this a whirl to give yourself a great even base to work with!
Anti-Wrinkle: This is for ladies again with mature skin helps to prevent wrinkles…. Which we know ladies prevention is better than cure!

The complexion and skin tone will change in both tone and texture during the winter, so you need to tweak your foundation shade accordingly. Switching to cream based formulations for the face, eyes and cheeks ensures softer looking make-up, as some powder-based products can look and feel dry and cakey. The Body Shop Extra Virgin Minerals Liquid Foundation (£14.00) has the perfect velvety consistency; it is also the first foundation to contain ultra moisturising, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.
For the smoky eye, take The Body Shop 4-step Smoke & Sparkle Eye Palette in Silver Black (£14.00) then using an eye-shadow blender
For the cheeks, take The Body Shop Brush on Radiance (£13.00) and sweep across the temples and cheekbones for a sheer radiant glow. Then take The Body Shop Sparkler atomiser in Enchanting Gold (£14.00), and lightly spritz onto the cheeks, hairline and décolletage.
