A truly fashionable affair

I love it when these types of films come out because it means the promo tour is going to filled with plenty of amazing fashion choices, and the LA premiere of What to Expect When You’re Expecting did not disappoint.

Not only did we have the beauties, Brooklyn Decker, Elizabeth Banks, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez and Anna Kendrick to fawn over. Chace Crawford also made an appearance – eye candy that we love.

Each of the ladies opted for very different fashion choices, and each was as beautiful as the last. No one tried to outshine the other.

Brooklyn Decker - Her Giambattsta Valli Spring 2012 dress gave the perfect beach, laidback vibe. Which she obviously paired with loose waves. I love the lemon and lime colour on her.

Elizabeth Banks  - The actress has been on a roll the past few months, each of her red carpet appearances have left me in awe. Her Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2012 is beautiful, she added a matching knuckle-duster clutch.

Cameron Diaz - Once again she opted for a Little Black Dress, this time Valentino. I don’t roll my eyes at this look though because I really love her nude Lanvin Pumps and the pops of colour she added on her nails and lips. As always, the most enviable figure.

Jennifer Lopez - Diva Lopez is actually a lot less flash than I was expecting. I love this style on her and think that this Maria Lucia Hohan dress would sit perfectly well in my wardrobe. Jennifer is the latest star to have a statement lip, a trend which was prevalent at the Met Gala last week. She looks super sexy, like always.

Anna Kendrick - There’s not much else to say when a star wears Elie Saab. His dresses are INCREDIBLE. That’s it, that’s all there is to say.

Bad Teacher Clips

Bad Teacher is the hit comedy that looks set to take the big screen by storm this weekend as Cameron Diaz make a welcome return.

Jake Kasdan is in the director’s chair while Jason Segel, Justin Timberlake and Lucy Punch make up the supporting cast.

Some teachers just don’t give an F. For example, there’s Elizabeth (Cameron Diaz). She’s foul-mouthed, ruthless, and inappropriate.

She drinks, she gets high, and she can’t wait to marry her meal ticket and get out of her bogus day job.

When she’s dumped by her fiancé, she sets her plan in motion to win over a rich, handsome substitute (Justin Timberlake) – competing for his affections with an overly energetic colleague, Amy (Lucy Punch).

When Elizabeth also finds herself fighting off the advances of a sarcastic, irreverent gym teacher (Jason Segel), the consequences of her wild and outrageous schemes give her students, her coworkers, and even herself an education like no other.

Bad Teacher is out now. Take a look at some clips from the movie:

After the mammoth success of The King’s Speech actor Colin Firth is back at work as he teams up with Cameron Diaz for new film Gambit.

Directed by Michael Hoffman, the man behind The Last Station, shooting on the movie got underway last week.

Gambit is a remake of the sixties movie that starred Shirley McLaine and Michael Caine and Alan Rickman and Stanley Tucci are also on the cast list.

The story centers on British art curator Harry Deane (Firth) who devises a finely-crafted scheme to con England’s richest man and avid art collector, Lionel Shabandar, (Rickman) into purchasing a fake Monet painting.

In order to bait his buyer, he recruits a Texas rodeo queen (Diaz) to cross the pond and pose as a woman whose grandfather liberated the painting at the end of WWII.

The Green Hornet Clips

The Green Hornet is one of the early event movies of 2011 which sees Seth Rogen return to the big screen.

The Funnyman leads an all star cast of Cameron Diaz, Tom Wilkinson, Christoph Waltz and Jay Chou in the Michel Gondry directed movie.

Britt Reid is the son of LA’s most prominent and respected media magnate and perfectly happy to maintain a directionless existence on the party scene — until his father mysteriously dies, leaving Britt his vast media empire.

Striking an unlikely friendship with one of his father’s more industrious and inventive employees, Kato, they see their chance to do something meaningful for the first time in their lives: fight crime.

But in order to do this, they decide to become criminals themselves — protecting the law by breaking it, Britt becomes the vigilante The Green Hornet as he and Kato hit the streets.

Using all his ingenuity and skill, Kato builds the ultimate in advanced retro weaponry, The Black Beauty, an indestructible car equal parts firepower and horsepower.

Rolling in a mobile fortress on wheels and striking the bad guys with Kato’s clever gadgets, The Green Hornet and Kato quickly start making a name for themselves, and with the help of Britt’s new secretary, Lenore Case, they begin hunting down the man who controls LA’s gritty underworld: Benjamin Chudnofsky.

But Chudnofsky has plans of his own: to swat down The Green Hornet once and for all.

The Green Hornet is released 14th January. Take a look at some new clips from the film:

More Knight & Day Clips

Knight and Day has performed a little disappointingly in the U.S. but the film, which reunites Tom Cruise with Cameron Diaz, hits UK cinemas this week.

Directed by James Mangold, who brought us Walk The Line and 3:10 To Yuma, the movie follows June Havens who finds her everyday life tangled with that of a secret agent who has realized he isn’t supposed to survive his latest mission.

As their campaign to stay alive stretches across the globe, they soon learn that all they can count on is each other.

Cruise and Diaz are joined by an all star cast of Peter Sarsgaard, Viola Davis, Maggie Grace and Paul Dano.

The movie is released on 6th August but here are a couple of clips to feast your eyes on:

Knight & Day Premiere

Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz delighted the fans that turned up in London’s Leicester Square as the Knight & Day premiere rolled into town.

The all-star cast is rounded out with Peter Sarsgaard, Maggie Grace, Paul Dano, Marc Blucas, Viola Davis, Jordi Mollà and the film, which was shot in locations all over the world, is directed by James Mangold.

Amid shifting alliances and unexpected betrayals, they race across the world with their survival ultimately hinging on the battle of truth vs. trust.

New Knight & Day Clip

It’s been a bit of a disappointing summer for Tom Cruise as his latest movie Knight & Day didn’t do overly well at the U.S. box office, as well as the critics not reacting too kindly to the fillm.

But Knight & Day reaches cinemas next month as Cruise reunites with his Vanilla Sky co-star Cameron Diaz.

Normal girl June (Cameron Diaz) has her life turned upside down when she gets mixed up with a super-spy named Miller (Tom Cruise).

Their first encounter is on a flight to Boston where June finds herself hiding in the washroom while Miller fights off the crew and passengers – all of whom are assassins – before crash-landing the plane.

June then wakes up in her own bed, unharmed and with no idea of how she got there. Heading for a dress fitting for the wedding of her sister Alice (Maggie Grace), she finds herself bundled into an unmarked car by a team of sinister men who seem to be government agents.

That’s when Miller intervenes again, and June ends up joining him on a glamorous, globetrotting and awesomely dangerous adventure, where nothing and no one – even the now fugitive couple – are what they seem.
