Jason Manford and Splits from Wife

One of the funnies men in the business, Jason Manford, has split from his wife of six years.

The couple have announced the split after six years of marriage, during which Jason was involved in multiple sex scandals.

Despite the pair only just confirming the end of their relationship, it is said that they have been separated for a year.

A source told The Mirror that the pair had remained good friends but had simply grown apart.

Their marriage looked to be on the rocks back in 2010 when Jason famously quit his job on The One Show after it was discovered that he’d been exchanging saucy Twitter messages with a fan.

To add to this he then admitted that he had engaged in online sex with a porn star as well as another 12 females.

Jason’s wife took him back after he apologised publicly for his actions but the marriage didn’t last with the couple separating last year.

Hugh Laurie Says Playing House Was a Nightmare

Today is a sad, sad day as Hugh Laurie has stated that playing House in the hit TV show of the same name became a nightmare.

Not only is this hard news to hear and it was such an incredible show but it was one of my personal favourites (dare I say my favourite?) so to hear that Hugh Laurie didn’t enjoy playing the part is a hard pill to swallow!

Hugh told the Radio Times that the role became a ‘bit of a nightmare’ after so many years of playing it.

As if I didn’t cry into my pillow enough when they announced there would be no more House after season 8, but now I find that the lead wasn’t happy in his role – just devastating!

Down to Hugh’s brilliant portrayal of Dr Gregory House, the show became a massive hit and earned the actor two Golden Globes.

The fame that came with the role is what led him to resent the role, he told the Radio Times.

The role meant that he had to get his windows tinted and stop doing his own grocery shopping as he ‘couldn’t stand people photographing the contents of my shopping basket’.

He was the highest paid actor on TV, reportedly earning £250,000 per episode, so it just proves that money doesn’t always make you happy.

Are Laura Whitmore and Niall Horan Dating?

Niall Horan seems to be following in band mate Harry Styles’ footsteps and he was seen leaving a club in London with presenter Laura Whitmore.

Although the two have previous said that they are just friends, they left London’s Whisky Mist nightclub together at 3am.

The pair then went back to a private London resident with friends and continued to party there.

Although there have been no official reports, it is thought that the pair could be more than just friends.

If this is the case then Niall might be following in the footsteps of Harry Styles who has been known to date the older woman.

Laura is 27 whereas Niall is only 19 meaning there is an 8 year age gap between the pair.

They were seen laughing and joking in the back of a cab when leaving the Mayfair club and are thought to have partied together until the early hours of the morning.

Hello, Jon Hamm!

Mad Men season 6 started last night and it was certainly a terrific start to the 6th season but there was something much more delicious that caught our eyes.

Oh yes, Jon Hamm has returned as Don Draper and he’s fallen back into his adulterous ways.

This was hardly surprising as the season 5 finale lead us to believe he would cheat on his second wife, Megan, but it was certainly a juicy opening to this season.

Now, it might only be us (but we doubt it!) but does Jon Hamm seem a hell of a lot more attractive when he’s playing Don Draper?

There is just something about him, right? And not simply as Don Draper, but as the adulterous and quite frankly idiotic, womaniser Don Draper.

Whatever, it has definitely turned us on to Jon Hamm once more and we’ll be on the edge of our seats all season long watching for his devilishly good performances.

Someone Else Tries To Cash In On Katie Rape Claim

Katie Price’s latest revelation (that she was raped by some fellow celeb) might have been splashed all over the news this week, but it seems one of her old flames is hoping to get some publicity off the back of the mystery.

Whilst we’re all still scratching or heads wondering whether or not this is all some elaborate publicity stunt on behalf of Miss Price, it looks as though ex-boyfriend Warren Furman (Gladiators’ Ace) is keen to stick his oar in, and has claimed today that he fears Katie was raped while the two of them were together but that he failed to see the signs at the time.

Okay, so there might be a whole host of younger, fitter and considerably hotter Gladiators these days, but it doesn’t seem to have stopped ‘Ace’ coming out of the woodwork in a bid to get a bit of the limelight.

Katie was engaged to the TV star during the mid-1990s, and apparently, he started to think she was cheating on him when he discovered a man’s number in her phone, speaking to Heatworld, he said; “He had a notorious reputation in showbiz for being a serious player – a serial shagger, I screamed at her and walked out.”

Obviously now that anyone affiliated with Katie and this alleged rape can be certain of making front page news, we expect to be hearing loads of stories over the speculated rapist.

However, quite why anyone feels the need to discuss such a personal subject in the media glare is beyond me… and shouldn’t Ace be telling the police this and not the national media?

Peter Andre Blasts Katie Price’s ‘Celebrity Rape’ Claim

Peter Andre and Katie Price might be divorced now, but that doesn’t stop them locking horns any more than before, especially since Pete has revealed that he knew nothing about this rape attack Katie has been rambling on about for the past couple of weeks.

We’re not denying that rape is a horrible, horrible thing, but surely if you’d been raped when you were married, you’d tell your other half before you went mouthing off to the national press right?

Well, I know we’re talking about the Pricey here and not your regular wife, but after admitting in her OK magazine column that she’d been a victim of rape, she yesterday elaborated on her story, admitting that it was a “famous celebrity” who had committed the crime, and that Pete knew about it.

Unfortunately for Katie though, Pete isn’t having any of it, and according to Heatworld, he told a friend; “Katie is saying things that don’t make sense to me. If she had been raped, why didn’t she report it to the police? It’s a very serious matter.”

Obviously Katie has blown a gasket now that Pete hasn’t got her back, and retaliated by saying; “He’s not the Pete I knew anymore. He’s being really cruel. He knows exactly who did it.”

It’s all rather baffling isn’t it? Do we think Pete has a sudden case of memory loss, or could Katie be spinning us a bit of a line again?

There’s no denying who Pixie Geldof’s mother is as she looks more and more like Paula Yates every time we see her….

This pic of Pixie hanging out at Glastonbury just proves the point further. She has her mum’s laid back attitude and rock chick style….not to mention her peroxide blonde hair and love of bad boys….lets just hope Pixie doesn’t take after her mum in every way though!

Is Kate Moss Pregnant??

 Kate Moss is rumoured to be getting married to Jamie Hince soon and she landed in LA looking a little ‘bloated’ around the middle we’re starting to wonder if there could be more to this wedding than meets the eye. Could Miss Moss be hurrying things up because she’s expecting a new arrival?

This picture on entertainmentwise appears to show Kate with a bit of extra weight around the middle but is that a sign of a baby bump developing or do supermodels have fat days too??? Please let it be the latter!

Heidi Montag…another wannabe designer!

Heidi ‘The Hills’ Montag is the latest celebrity to jump on the fashion bandwagon by attempting to produce her own clothes line….attempting being the appropriate word!

Her new line seems to be nothing more than a load of slutty hot pants and equally trampy crop tops….there is absolutely nothing remotely fashionable about any of it!

 

 

I doubt very much that she even went within a few feet of a sketch pad during the whole creation process and the fact that she is a fashion school drop out certainly shows! This is the latest in a long long line of celebrities- if you could call her that- suddenly deciding they have what it takes to be a fashion designer…well Newsflash…YOU DON’T!

Fashion design is a career that takes years of study and experimenting if you really want to be good at it. God knows what makes these hopeless wannabes think that because they splash out on the latest labels that they can start designing without any experience of what goes on behind the scenes.

Fair enough Gwen Stefani’s label isn’t too bad and Kate Moss for Topshop is wearable but I still think celebrities should just stick to what they’re good at….whatever that is for Heidi Montag!
