Big Brother: Double Eviction Tonight – Who Gets Your Vote? September 1, 2009

Posted by Ruth in : Ruth's Ramblings, TV , 21comments

Well, I can’t believe Big Brother 2009 will be over by Friday night, what on earth am I going to do with my evenings? Well actually I’ll probably just sit with a glass of wine and just watch something else.

ANYWAY, that’s not the point right now, because tonight will see another BB unfortunate get the boot with the end close enough they can almost smell it! Oh dear.

What’s more it’s not just one housemate waving goodbye to the outlandishly decorated house as those pesky BB bigwigs are unashamedly severing two of the housemates dreams! Sob!

Whilst last night’s show saw the housemates forced to nominate without prior warning, Siavash, Charlie and Sophie refused to nominate bless ‘em, but the sneaky pair that are David and Lisa were desperate to see the back of Siavash after seeing what he’d said about queen Lisa in the diary room.

But sadly for the pair of goodie two shoes, because Big Brother was tired of all the rule breaking, and well, because he just can, he decided that all the housemates should be facing eviction this week… to make it fair. Uh-Oh, look out Lisa and David!

Whilst I’ve been a supporter of David ever since he entered the house… got to look after your neighbours after all, it’s Lisa that seems to have turned him in to the bitchy robot that we saw last night (although he still get’s Kudos for putting Bea in her place!)

So, whilst Sophie get’s my winners vote, followed by Siavash, I’d love to see the back of Lisa & David this evening, who are the bookies favourite to get the boot by a mile – thank God! But who will YOU be voting to see the back of in tonight’s special double-eviction?

Big Brother: Who Is Out Tonight? August 7, 2009

I am most excited by the fact that EVERYONE is up for eviction this week, so, as the housemates have quite rightly already pointed out, the person who goes tonight is the most disliked person in the house!

Personally I’d love Marcus or Bea to get the boot, simpley because Marcus is just WAY too creepy for words when it comes to leeching over women, and he crosses the ‘line’ on a daily basis! As for Bea, well where do I start, she’s clearly watched the show and knows how to play the ‘game’ and the camera’s. it’s as if she knows what will make it into the show and makes sure she gets involved in it.

I know a lot of you want to see the back of Lisa or David as well, but let’s face it, they’re pretty harmless, yes they can be annoying and whine a lot, but Lisa has NEVER been up for eviction before, and this week should be a nice week to break her in gently.

Besides, I’m hoping it’s a double eviction tonight, because I’ve never known Big Brother ‘save’ housemates before until the last few weeks, so I’m wondering whether there’s some interesting twist coming out tonight…

Finally though you guys have been voting all week on who you want to wave bye bye to this evening and your results are below… but do you agree, personally Sophie and Siavash are my favourites so I’m pretty stoked you agree!

All The Housemates Are Up… But Who Will You Save?

1. Bea Is Brilliant – 8 – 4.94%
2. Charlie Is The Champion – 21 – 12.96%
3. Freddie / Halfwit Is Fantastic – 14 – 8.64%
4. David Is Divine – 4 – 2.47%
5. Hira Is My Hero – 14 – 8.64%
6. Lisa Is Lovely – 18 – 11.11%
7. Marcus Is A Must – 11 – 6.79%
8. Rodrigo Rules! – 13 – 8.02%
9. Siavash To Stay – 24 – 14.81%
10. Sophie / Dogface Is Right Up My Street – 34 – 20.99%

When will those pesky Big Brother housemates learn not to cross ‘Biggie?’

Okay, so we know not all of the housemates have been misbehaving recently, but now that Siavash has found his cool card once again, he’s only gone and pissed everyone off by getting them ALL put up for eviction!

Yep, the pair once again broke ‘fundamental rules of Big Brother’ after Siavash refused to nominate whilst potty mouth Marcus urged others to nominate him and as Big Brother started to tire of their behaviour, they decided to punish them by automatically putting everyone up. Ouch!

Although we should be mad at Siavash, I can’t help but love him for being so naughty and even more so because Miss goodie two shoes Lisa is going to hit the roof… especially if she get’s the boot this week!

Although Siavash does feel a little guilty, I can’t help but wonder why – on last nights show – Marcus was so happy and is already saying how much he wants Lisa to get the boot as well as that he wanted to go this week, and if everyone’s up that he hasn’t got a chance of going…. Erm, Hello? You’ve probably got a pretty good chance of going Marcus!

But anyway, don’t let me influence you into getting rid of the self-assured pervy old hair ball… who do you want to get to boot?

Before we all get super excited that there are five portions of fresh meat going into the Big Brother house tonight, we must first of all deal with the fact that we need to get one of the existing housemate out on their ear.

Up for the chop this week are Karly, Sophie, Siavash and Noirin, and without a shadow of a doubt, I’m gunning for Noirin to get the boot.

Now don’t get me wrong, I liked her at first, but for some reason, I think that although she sometimes acts like she doesn’t like all the guys lusting after her, she encourages it and thinks it the best way to ensure she doesn’t get nominated… looks like that’s not working.

From what I’ve seen on the C4 shows though, Noirin does seem to be playing a very tactical game, and tries to use she looks, which I think aren’t a patch on Sophie or Karly’s, to play the housemates.

She seems a bit two faced to me, whereas Karly is one of the most honest people in there, and Siavash put himself up for eviction to make a point that Noirin was playing a game and had stabbed him in the back by being a little bunny rabbit and running to tell tales.

And Sophie…. Well you can’t really say anything bad about her can you? She’s just so sweet and innocent that even though she might not be a ‘crazy’ housemate, she deserves to stay in purely based on the fact she’s just so sweet.

I can’t believe how quickly this weeks eviction has come around… It only seems like 2 minutes since I was using the office phone to constantly vote for Sree whilst I was supposed to have been working.

This week though, you will be happy to know that I have not spent all my hours on the phone to Channel 4’s voting lines, but preparing for my Band Wars event and looking after my new baby rabbit Geoffery.

Anyway, back to the point in hand, this week Sophie, Kris, Charlie, Marcus and Freddie are up for the chop tonight, and I want to know who we want to be having the Davina interrogation later tonight.

First, and most obviously, I hope it’s not Freddie, because as annoying as he may be to live with, I still proper love how he’s managed to cope with being up for eviction every week since nominations began and now I’m gunning for him to make it to the final week.

But who do I want to be packing their suitcase then? Well it’s got to be Marcus hasn’t it? He’s paying a nasty little game and he is turning into the new Sree in my opinion, constantly leering after Noirin and making everyone feel incredibly uncomfortable.

I don’t know what it is about him, but he looks like one of those dirty old men who smell of sweat all the time and stare at you, without looking away, and don’t ever get the message that you’re not interested in their sleazy chat-up lines.

Plus, I love Charlie because he’s hilarious and I want to see him and Rodrigo fall in love, and Kris and Sophie are so cute to watch… J
