Holy Rollers Clips

Jesse Eisenberg returns to the big screen this week with his new movie Holy Rollers, which sees him team up with The Hangover star Justin Bartha and first time director Kevin Asch.

Holy Rollers is inspired by actual events in the late nineties when Hasidic Jews were recruited as mules to smuggle ecstasy from Europe into the United States.

Sam Gold (Eisenberg), a young Hasid from an Orthodox Brooklyn community reluctantly follows the path his family has chosen for him, awaiting a pending arranged marriage and studying to become a Rabbi.

A charming neighbour, Yosef Zimmerman (Bartha), senses Sam’s resistance and propositions him to transport ‘medicine’ for Jackie (Danny A. Abeckaser), an Israeli gangster and drug dealer, and his girlfriend, Rachel (Ari Graynor).

Sam quickly demonstrates his business skills to his boss, Jackie, who instantly takes him under his wing.

Now exposed to the exciting and gritty worlds of the Manhattan and Amsterdam nightlife, Sam begins to spiral deeper into their detrimental lifestyle, experimenting with ecstasy and then falling for Rachel.

As the business grows, Sam’s double life begins to rip his family apart and the community becomes suspicious of his illegal activities.

Holy Rollers is released 8th July. Take a look at the clips from the movie.

The Hangover – Part II Clips

It’s been two years since The Hangover swept into cinemas winning over audiences and critics alike.

And next week sees the wolfpack return as Bradley Cooper, Justin Bartha, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis all return.

Todd Philips is back in the director’s chair – his first movie since the release of the rather awful Due Date.

Phil, Stu, Alan and Doug travel to exotic Thailand for Stu’s wedding. After the unforgettable bachelor party in Las Vegas, Stu is taking no chances and has opted for a safe, subdued pre-wedding brunch.

However, things don’t always go as planned. What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but what happens in Bangkok can’t even be imagined.

The Hangover Part II is released 26th May. Take a look at a couple of clips from the movie:

Catherine Zeta-Jones is back on the big screen this summer in her new romantic comedy The Rebound.

Directed by Bart Freundlich, the director behind Trust The Man and Californication, the movie teams the Welsh actress up with The Hangover and National Treasure star Justin Bartha.

Sandy, upon discovering her husband’s infidelity while watching her son’s birthday video, leaves the suburbs and moves into the city.

She gets an apartment that’s above a coffee house where she befriends one of the workers, Aram, a guy whose wife only married him so she could get a green card.

Aram’s family thinks he’s wasting his life and education by working in the coffee house. Soon after moving into the apartment, Sandy hires Aram to be her nanny while she takes on work for the first time since her children where born.

It isn’t long when Aram and Sandy find they get along wonderfully and start to date. But the question is: is their relationship real or is it, in fact, just a rebound for both of them?
