Is it just me, or is anyone else getting sick of their Twitter page being filled with Tweets between Lord Alan Sugar and his new BFF Piers Morgan?

Over the past couple of days, all I’ve been seeing is banter between the pair, and I’ve got to admit, I’m somewhat confused by this online love-in they seem to be having…

Take for example, last night’s Tweets;

Lord Alan Sugar:  “@piersmorgan Your agent just called me said he was going on a pleasure trip. Getting rid of you taking you to the airport.”

Piers Morgan : “@Lord_Sugar you’ve done that joke before. Is senile dementia setting in already?”

And

Lord Alan Sugar:  “@piersmorgan CNN advert: Your interview technique is unique you would make a great parole officer. You never let anyone finish a sentence!”

Piers Morgan : “@Lord_Sugar my CNN billboard goes up in Times Square next week. When’s your one going….oh hang on, sorry, silly me.”

And who can ignore Lord Sugar’s appalling spelling;

Lord Alan Sugar: “@piersmorgan yeh they did that for Haniball Lecture also”

Piers Morgan : “@Lord_Sugar It’s Hannibal. And Lecter.”

Piers also hit out at Lord sugar’s wife saying; “The delightful, long-suffering, Lady Ann told me @Lord_Sugar once sent her wedding anniversary card signed ‘Best Wishes Alan Sugar’”  before adding “your poor wife needs a lot more than 2 panadol to put up with you all day..”

There are lots, LOTS, more…. But does anyone else find it a bit weird? Maybe they’re both after a bit of publicity? Perhaps Lord Al is going to join the Britain’s Got Talent panel?
