Now You See Me Clip

One of the movies that I am really looking forward to this summer is Now You See Me – you really cannot beat a mind-bending magic movie.

And that is exactly what this is as Louis Leterrier returns to the director’s chair for the first time since Clash of the Titans.

A fantastic cast has been assembled for this movie but this latest clip for the movie features Mark Ruffalo and Dave Franco as they become in a fight.

Ruffalo and Franco are joined by Jesse Eisenberg, Isla Fisher, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Woody Harrelson – I told you the line up was rather impressive.

So it you are getting a little tired of the superhero/big budget blockbuster summer than Now You See Me looks set to be some great alternative viewing.

An elite FBI squad are caught in an intense game of cat and mouse against four of the world’s greatest illusionists.

Pulling off a series of daring heists against corrupt business leaders during their performances, they shower the stolen profits on their audiences while staying one step ahead of the law…

Now You See Me is released 21st June.

New Group Avengers Poster

We are now only a handful of weeks away from seeing the biggest heroes in the Marvel universe come together in a single movie.

Yes The Avengers is almost here and it is one of the most anticipated movies of the summer – the film is also set to kick off the blockbuster season in fine style.

It’s great to see Joss Whedon in the director’s chair, not only is he a great director but he is also a comic book fan so the movie is in safe hands.

But, let’s face it, it is the cast that is super exciting as Robert Downey Jr teams up with Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner.

Downey Jr, Hemsworth and Evens will be reprising the roles of Iron Man, Thor and Captain America while we will get a first proper look at Hawkeye, played by Renner.

Ruffalo is the unknown as he takes over the role of Bruce Banner aka The Hulk and it’s going to be exciting to see him unleash the beast for the first time.

And we have a new group poster for you to take a look at:

The Avengers is released 26th April.

Two New Pics From The Avengers

Without a shadow of a doubt The Avengers is going to be the first ‘must see don’t miss under any circumstances’ movie and I can’t wait.

Bringing all the Marvel heroes together in one movie is an exciting prospect and Joss Whedon, a comic book hero lover, is at the helm.

Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson & Samuel J. Jackson (who remains the coolest man on the planet) have all come together to save the world.

And Loki, played by the lovely Tom Hiddleston, is set to be the villain of the piece.

And we have a couple of new images from the movie for you to take a look at.

The Avengers is released 27th April.

The Avengers Trailer

The release of The Avengers is creeping ever closer and the movie is set to kick of the 2012 summer blockbuster season, I swear this starts earlier and earlier every year.

But this is one of the movies that I have been looking forward to for quite a while as the idea of bringing Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner and Mark Ruffalo together is one movie is just fab.

Yes it’s going to be great to see the self centred Tony Stark work alongside the selfless Steve Rodgers – while I am looking forward to getting a proper look at Hawkeye and The Hulk.

And we have a full length trailer for you to take a look at:

When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster.

The Avengers Super Bowl Advert Teaser

The Avengers is now just a few weeks away from release and we are going to be treated to a commercial during the Super Bowl.

But if you can’t wait that long then a teaser has been released to wet your appetite.

Now granted it doesn’t give an awful lot away but it’s well worth a watch:

This is one of the movies that I have been looking forward to for some time and I have my fingers so tightly crossed that it lives up to it’s potential.

Chris Hemsworth & Chris Evans a back just 12 months after debuting as Thor and Captain America and they are joined by Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man and we are properly introduced to Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye and The Hulk.

The Avengers is released 27th April.

New The Avengers Images

Now I have made no secret that I am excited to see The Avengers when it hits the big screen later this year – seeing all the Marvel heroes together is going to be great.

And just to wet our appetite a little bit more Marvel have released some more images that see Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans in action as Thor and Captain America.

It’s going to be interesting to see how director Joss Whedon brings all these big characters together – and I can’t wait to see who they all gel together.

Hemsworth and Evans are joined on the big screen by Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man while we get a proper look at Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye.

We will also be introduced to Mark Ruffalo playing the Hulk for the first time.

The Avengers is released 27th April.

New The Avengers Banners

There are a whole host of 2012 movies that I am already excited about – but one that I am particularly looking forward to is The Avengers.

I have been a big fan of the Marvel movies for many years and to see a whole host of the characters come together for the first time is going to be super exciting.

Robert Downey Jr leads an all star cast as he reprises his role as Iron Man while Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth are back as Captain America and Thor.

We get a proper look at Hawkeye after Jeremy Renner cameoed in Thor during the summer while Mark Ruffalo takes over the role of Hulk.

Samuel L. Jackson and Scarlett Johansson also returned Nick Fury and the Black Widow.

And bring all these characters and storylines together is Joss Whedon – who is just the man for the job!

When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster.

Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.

The Avengers Images

The Avengers is a movie that I am so super excited about – despite the fact that it will not be reaching our screens until May of next year.

However with Joss Whedon in the director’s chair and a great assembled what can go wrong? This looks set to be one of THE movies that we have to catch next year.

Yes Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson & Samuel L Jackson will bring the characters of Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, The Hulk, Hawkeye, Black Widow and Nick Fury together to once again battle evil.

And while we may not be seeing the movie for another seven months take a look at these images from the movie:

The Avengers Promo Poster

The Avengers is going to be THE MUST SEE movie of 2012, set to arrive in May – and I for one an thoroughly excited.

Yes filming may not have finished but we already have a fab promotional poster to feast out eyes on – and it’s a cracker.

We can a sneak peak at the costume for Hawkeye, which will be played by Jeremy Renner; who we got a little look at in Thor earlier this year.

But it’s a mouthwatering cast of Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner taking on the role of Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk and Hawkeye.

They will be joined by Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L.Jackson and Tom Hiddleston who will reprise the roles of Black Widow, Nick Fury and Loki.

While Stellan Skarsgard will be back as Professor Erik Selvig and Clark Gregg is back as Agent Coulson.

Joss Whedon is behind the camera while Iron Man filmmaker Jon Favreau is on producing duties.

The Brothers Bloom Trailer

Adrien Brody has plenty of movie on the verge of release over the next few months and The Brothers Bloom, which is finally making it to cinema screens, is one of them.

Directed by Rian Johnson the movie brings together a great cast of Brody, Rachel Weisz, Mark Ruffalo, Rinko Kikuchi and Robbie Coltrane.

For as long as they can remember, The Brothers BloomR have only had each other to depend on. From their childhood, mischievously working their way through a series of foster homes, to their highflying lives as international con artists, Stephen (Mark Ruffalo) and Bloom (Adrien Brody) have shared everything.

However, despite an illustrious career, Stephen is still searching for the perfect con, the one where “everyone gets what they want.” Eager to retire, Bloom agrees to take part in one last grand scam by taking advantage of a lonely, eccentric millionaire called Penelope (Rachel Weisz).

But when a genuine romance begins to blossom between Bloom and Penelope, Bloom finds himself reluctant to exploit her naiveté, but Penelope has already taken the bait.

Penelope impulsively joins Bloom, Stephen and their “associate,” a sexy Japanese explosives expert named Bang Bang (Rinko Kikuchi), on an ocean liner to Greece.

Convinced she’s happened upon the adventure of a lifetime, Penelope offers to bankroll a million dollar deal and as the quartet makes its way from Athens to Prague to Mexico to St. Petersburg, she quickly becomes addicted to the illicit thrills.

But as Stephen’s elaborate web of deceit pulls tighter, Bloom begins to wonder if his brother has devised the most dangerous con of his life.

The brothers Bloom is released 4th June. Take a look at the trailer for the movie:
