Gangster Squad Trailer

When you sees a cast list that includes Ryan Gosling, Sean Penn, Josh Brolin, Emma Stone and Nick Nolte you know that it is going to be one hell of a movie.

And director Ruben Fleischer has brought all of this great talent together for just one movie… Gangster Squad.

I have to admit I am a fan of the gangster movie and this one looks like it is going to be the best for some time, the cast is just awesome!!

And we have the first trailer for the movie for you to take a look at:

Los Angeles, 1949. Ruthless, Brooklyn-born mob king Mickey Cohen (Sean Penn) runs the show in this town, reaping the ill-gotten gains from the drugs, the guns, the prostitutes and, if he has his way, every wire bet placed west of Chicago.

And he does it all with the protection of not only his own paid goons, but also the police and the politicians who are under his control.

It’s enough to intimidate even the bravest, street-hardened cop except, perhaps, for the small, secret crew of LAPD outsiders led by Sgt. John O’Mara (Josh Brolin) and Jerry Wooters (Ryan Gosling), who come together to try to tear Cohen’s world apart.

The Gangster Squad is released 9th November

New Warrior Clips

I know that I have been harping on about Warrior for the last few weeks but it is a movie that I am super excited to see – and it reaches our screens this week.

Tom Hardy is back, just a week after Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy; where he sported a very interesting haircut, as he stars alongside Joel Edgerton and Nick Nolte.

Warrior has already been met well by critics and audiences in America and now it is time to see what all the fuss is about.

An ex-Marine haunted by a tragic past, Tommy Riordan returns to his hometown of Pittsburgh and enlists his father, a recovered alcoholic and his former coach, to train him for an MMA tournament awarding the biggest purse in the history of the sport.

As Tommy blazes a violent path towards the title prize, his brother, Brendan, a former MMA fighter unable to make ends meet as a public school teacher, returns to the amateur ring to provide for his family.

Even though years have passed, recriminations and past betrayals keep Brendan bitterly estranged from both Tommy and his father.

But when Brendan’s unlikely rise as an underdog sets him on a collision course with Tommy, the two brothers must finally confront the forces that tore them apart, all the while waging the most intense, winner-takes-all battle of their lives.

Warrior is released 21st September.

First Warrior Trailer

Tom Hardy is one of the most exciting British actors currently working today – picking up the Orange Rising Star Bafta earlier this year.

And he is set to return to the big screen with his new movie Warrior, which sees him team up with Joel Edgerton and Nick Nolte.

First Arthur Pictures

To say that Russell Brand is in demand in Hollywood at the moment would be a little bit of an understatement as he seems to be making movie after movie.

The funnyman has already enjoyed success this year with Get Him To The Greek as well as lending his voice to animation movie Despicable Me, which topped the U.S. box office but hasn’t been released in the UK yet.

He has also completed work on The Tempest, which sees him work alongside Helen Mirren, and he now reunites with the Oscar winner for new movie Arthur.

Brand stars as the title character in a movie that follows a drunken playboy stands to lose a wealthy inheritance when he falls for a woman, his family doesn’t like.

Directed by Jason Winer the movie also stars, Jennifer Garner, Nick Nolte and Greta Gerwig. Take a look at some of the first images from the movie:

Cats & Dogs: The Revenge Of Kitty Galore Clip

The claws are out again this weekend as cats and dogs go head to head once again for new movie Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, hard to believe that this film comes nine years after the original.

Second time around and there’s a great voice cast on hand as Bette Midler, Chris O’Donnell, Christina Applegate, James Marsden and Nick Nolte are all on board.

In the age-old battle between cats and dogs, one crazed feline has taken things a paw too far. Kitty Galore, formerly an agent for cat spy organization MEOWS, has gone rogue and hatched a diabolical plan to not only bring her canine enemies to heel, but take down her former kitty comrades and make the world her scratching post.

Faced with this unprecedented threat, cats and dogs will be forced to join forces for the first time in history in an unlikely alliance to save themselves – and their humans – in “Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore,” a comedy that blends live action with state-of-the-art puppetry and computer animation. It’s time for the fur to fly.

The movie is in cinemas now but if you can’t get there until the weekend then take a look at this great clip from the film:
