Insidious UK Trailer

Insidious sees director James Wan re-teaming with Saw writer-actor Leigh Whannell, and this time they’ve turned their terrifying focus from blood-letting to the uncanny unknown of the spiritual realm.

Evoking the family set-up of Poltergeist, Insidious follows proud parents Renai (28 Weeks Later’s Rose Byrne) and Josh (Watchmen’s Patrick Wilson) as they move their new family into an old house.

Before you can say ‘redrum,’ their son Dalton has an accident and lapses into a coma. His devoted mother tends to him at home, but late-night disruptions and sightings of shadowy apparitions become too much for the couple to handle and their relationship begins to fracture.

The atmosphere becomes heavy with an ominous dread, spreading from the dark corners of a house that once promised hope and happiness. – Colin Geddes, Toronto Film Festival

Insidious is released 6th May. Take a look at the UK trailer for the movie:

X-Men: First Class Character Posters

Being a big fan of the X-Men universe I’m super excited about this summer and the release of X-Men: First Class – new director, new cast, and a whole world of new stories to tell.

X-Men: First Class charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events.

Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time.

Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop Armageddon.

In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.

Director Matthew Vaugn brings together a talented cast of James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Rose Bryne, Nicholas Hoult and Kevin Bacon.

X-Men: First Class is released 2nd June. Take a look at the first two character posters for the movie:

Get Him To The Greek Clip

Russell Brand is causing chaos in his new movie this summer as he reprises the role of rocker Aldous Snow in Get Him To The Greek, which opened at number two at the U.S. box office.

The movie also stars Jonah Hill, Rose bryen and P Diddy and is directed by Forgetting Sarah Marshall filmmaker Nicholas Stoller.

Aaron Greenberg (Hill) gets things done. The ambitious 23-year-old has exaggerated his way into a dream job just in time for a career-making assignment. His mission: Fly to London and escort a rock god to L.A.s Greek Theatre for the first-stop on a $100-million tour.

His warning: Turn your back on him at your own peril. British rocker Aldous Snow (Brand) is both a brilliant musician and walking sex. Weary of yes men and piles of money, the former front man is searching for the meaning of life.

But that doesnt mean he cant have a few orgies while he finds it. When he learns his true love is in California, Aldous makes it his quest to win her backright before kick-starting his world domination.

As the countdown to the concert begins, one intern must navigate a minefield of London drug smuggles, New York City brawls and Vegas lap dances to deliver his charge safe and, sort of, sound. He may have to coax, lie to, enable and party with Aldous, but Aaron will get him to the Greek.

Get Him To The Greek is released 25th June. Take a look at a clip from the movie:

Funny how Russell Brand always plays the rock star kind of characters, well in an inspired pice of casting he is in a similar role for Get Him To The Greek.

Get Him To The Greek also stars funnyman Jonah Hill, Rose Byrne and Sean ‘Puffy’ Combs.
