Seeking A Friend For The End of the World New Clip

Keira Knightley is back on the big screen this week as she teams up with Steve Carell for comedy/drama Seeking A Friend For The End of the World.

The comedy/drama is a genre that Knightley isn’t that familiar with has she hasn’t really worked on a comedy project since Bend It Like Beckham.

But this movie promises to he heartwarming, charming and funny and we have the latest clip from the movie to share with you.

The movie marks the big screen directorial debut for Lorene Scafaria and she has also penned the screenplay for the film.

Set in a too-near future, the movie explores what people will do when humanity’s last days are at hand.

As the respective journeys of Dodge (Carell) and Penny (Knightley) converge, the two spark to each other and their outlooks – if not the world’s – brighten.

Seeking A Friend For The End of the World is released 13th July.

New Despicable Me Poster

2010 is already a great year for animation with How To Train Your Dragon and Toy Story 3 both doing well at the box office. And that trend looks set to continue later this year with the release of Despicable Me.

In a happy suburban neighbourhood surrounded by white picket fences with flowering rose bushes, sits a black house with a dead lawn.

Unbeknownst to the neighbours, hidden deep beneath this home is a vast secret hideout. Surrounded by an army of tireless, little yellow minions, we discover Gru (Steve Carell), planning the biggest heist in the history of the world. He is going to steal the moon (Yes, the moon!) in Universal’s new 3-D CGI feature, Despicable Me.

Gru delights in all things wicked. Armed with his arsenal of shrink rays, freeze rays and battle-ready vehicles for land and air, he vanquishes all who stand in his way.

Until the day he encounters the immense will of three little orphaned girls who look at him and see something that no one else has ever seen: a potential Dad.

One of the world’s greatest super-villains has just met his greatest challenge: three little girls named Margo, Edith and Agnes.
