Natalia Vodianova’s 6-year-old daughter taking the modelling world by storm

Natalia Vodianova’s daughter has begun her modelling career at the tender age of 6.

The supermodel’s daughter is most definitely following in her mother’s footsteps and looking at this image it would be a mistake not to.

Neva is Natalia’s second child – she has two boys too, Lucas, 10 and Viktor, 5 – and we can instantly see that she has a connection with the camera.

Which is not surprising when you consider her blood like and the fact that she has already posed with her mother a few times for Vogue.  It’s all in a days work for her.

The red dress she is modelling has been created in aid of her mother’s Naked Heart Foundation Charity.

The dress is also available in adult sizes and was designed by Eva Karayiannis of the childrenswear label Caramel Baby + Child. A favourite of Harper Beckham.

The Supermodels Are Back!

The likes of Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer and Christy Turlington and other superstar supermodels from the 1990s are coming back to give the new breed some tough competition.

All the top labels are hiring the classic beauty of the original supermodels to front their brands in favour of the modern day trendsetters like Agyness Deyn and Lily Cole……who Naomi Campbell recently pointed out ‘don’t deserve the super title’.

Chatting to Britain’s Missing Top Model mentor and Project Catwalk judge Johnathan Phang the other day he pointed out that fame is so eay to come by these days that models don’t really have to work as hard as they did back in the days of Claudia and Christy’s reign.

But is this revival of the supermodel just a passing phase or should the new girls really be worried…..beauty isn’t ageless in the fashion world so there is only so long that the stars of the 90s….who are now in their late 30s….can keep their grip on their style icon crown. Isn’t it about time Naomi and Co stepped aside and let the new girls have their moment? Shouldn’t they be supporting their juniors rather than ripping into them?
