I wondered how long you have sex for on average? And also, say, for example you said 45 minutes, would that be the time from actual penetration to finish or time from the start of your loving, ie including kissing and foreplay?

I’m just thinking back to a few years ago and also ex girlfriends - I remember making love for a lot longer. I would say my lovemnaking session from start to finish only last 20 - 30 minutes with my girlfriend now. We’ve been together for a long time and I’m wondering if you get ‘out of practise’ so to speak. We don’t make love very often now and it seems the longer betwen sex sessions the quicker I cum and find it harder to control.

Absolutely, imho.
The girl i'm with, we made love maybe 3 times a week. I went away on a works thing for a few weeks, we had a bit of phone sex, i watched some hotel porno, but no intercourse.
When I got back home I must'a lasted 5 minutes. (embarrasing, but we made up for it later that evening.)
Our sex can be anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the mood, (from initialtion, foreplay to end,) and if it's mid week or not. I find that midweek sex is always quicker.

It depends on lots of factors

But i find if we have had a night out drinking i can last for hours and hours without reaching climax.

but usualy about and hour making sure everyones fully satisfied

but sometimes it can be a quick 10min's i put this to a bunch of lads on my mates forum and they said the best thing to do is have a quick tommy tank before hand.

or try changing into different positions before your close, the interuptions can slow down your approach to landing

It's all in the mind for me the bigger i get my ego before we have sex the longer it lasts for her which is a bit weird but hey if it works then why not
