What music, if any, did you listen to whilst in labour? Did it help? What was the best cd/song to help you through contractions?
Thanks in advance |

| I had a water birth and listened to Latin chant. It was awesome! Music was low in the background..lights turned down low...warm bubbly water...it was all good!!! |

i didnt have music, when every contraction came, i got my fiance (hubby now) to talk to me about ANYTHING and to tell me everything will be fine, just to lighten the time of bein where i was.
If i had to choose some music to listen to whilst in labour, i would go for the natural music, like th sounds of wales, rivers, wind etc. I never listen to it on an everyday basis, but i feel it would be very soothing and calming whilst in labour |
