| You have a dinner date - first date - with a man because you got lonely for the man you really love. During dinner, he goes through your purse and then grabs your phone and checks your list of friends asking who is this for every one on the list? Would you go on a 2nd date with this guy? |

| A guy perspective: I don't even go through my wife's purse. I don't open her mail and get mad if she opens mine. Dump the loser. |

| I'd have him arrested for trespassing on my personal property. A second date? He wouldn't want a 2nd date with me after he got in my purse. |

well stated. Me neither after so many years. We just respect each other's privacy, without exception, but it has to do with trust as well.
Dump this guy, who appears to be a control freak. No good to come from this. |

I've never done that with my GFs phone or email either.
Though she has done that with my emails. But after me telling her I wasn't happy she seems a little more relaxed now fortunately! Her ex cheated on her so I suppose thats were the insecurity came from.
He sounds a bit of a control freak to me! |

Not a chance! Could you imagine what a relationship would be like with this guy when that was only a date! |

No.
Don't ponder the reasons right now. There are a lot of people experienced in relationships telling you -- NO. You will know the reasons with time. |
