I'm not a dream analyst, but it could be that your subconcious mind has been noticing something suspicious about him recently.

yeh dreams are never that straightforward...it's probably just that you fancy him so much, but because our stupid brains have a mind of their own he's getting everyone else knocked up everywhere except you!

Its proberly your concience playing tricks on you - Is your boyfriend a long term man? Because if your thinking about starting a family in the near future... your thinking about it alot, and now thinking about it also in your mind, and maybe because he doesnt want them yet... your mind playing tricks as in that hes not going to work but to acctually get some other "bird" pregs...
