Imagine you are a female, who is best friends with a guy, and happen to like him a lot. He playfully flirts a little, and messed around in bed together once (but no sex) when very drunk, but youre unsure if he likes you as more than a friend or not.

Imagine you are sat on a window ledge, on the right hand side. Then anothe female friend comes to talk to you, and sits on the left hand side. Then your guy friend comes over to talk to you, and he sits right in the middle of you both, so you are all really close / bodies touching.

Then the other girl friend gets up and leaves. The guy is still sitting in the same place (body side still touching yours) and doesn't move up or adjust his seating position so you are not as close, despite the loads of room to the left of him. You cant move away cos youre against the wall. What does this suggest? Why didn't he move away a little, did he like it that close, want the contact or just felt guilty for moving away a little? Wouldnt a normal guy do this?

Lucy it is possible that he's lazy, he warmed up the seat and didn't want to move, or your about to be his f*ck buddy really soon.

Lucy, you have cues at your disposal. What did you do? But you don't say what you want to happen. Sounds like you've gotta take the initiative. Or, not.

I stayed where I was, still laughing and looking at him in the eyes when talking to him.
I do like him a huge amount. He does playful little things, such as making me jump from behind, teasing me a lot, he used to always look at his other friends when watching films etc, but he now looks at me first. He kissed my shoulder when I gave him a thankyou card. I walked into a room with him today and could see from the corner of my eye that he was looking at me, when I was talking to some other people. Just little things like that.

But he is leaving 300 miles away in October. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about it, I'm missing him already and I've only had three days without him.

That's such a shame that he's moving.

Long distance relationships are so difficult.
