Poss Pregnant

Hi,
I am new to this. I seem to be in a similar situation to a lot of you here to. I came of the pill September 2007 and have had normal periods (within a week of expected dates) however, I am now just over 2 months late. I have done several pregnancy tests and all were negative. I have put on about 2 inches around my waist in the last week/ week and a half have been feeling really tired for over a month now, even went to the doctors last week who also came out with a negative pregnancy test. Now I'm worried that it could be something else, don't want to worry my hubby until I know what's going on. I am booked in for a blood test tomorrow, and I'm really worried that it could be something wrong. I have not really had any other symptoms other than the tiredness and odd twinges in the lower part of my tummy, a bit like period pain, but nothing seems to happen. Am I right to be worried yet?
