i have lived in liverpool all my life --in these areas, and there not as
bad as they make out --tell me one area ,anywhere in britain were
gangs of youth don't hang around corner's ,
gun crime is everywhere ---
(why pick on liverpool again )why not say this could be any city in britain
NO lets knock liverpool again , what is it about the bbc ,they must hate
liverpool .
fact one --the area -they showed "norris green " the burnt out house's
and empty house's ,is called the boot estate --

(which is being knocked down slowly ,and is being rebuilt , but did they show that NO -
the burnt out house's --are used by merseyside fire service --for training
firefights --was that said NO )

what is it have we got the city of culture --london jealous Question

It does seem that Liverpool gets more than its fair share of kickings at times.

I was told that it is hard to get guns in the U.K. So how could there be a rise if you guys don't have gun trafficking as in the U.S. Your officers don't even have guns.

our crap government doesn't police the 'borders' properly - lack of funding / people - so they let every to tom, dick and achmed in from all over - & they bring with them guns drugs etc.

... and some of the police are armed - just for the occasions when these idiot kids with weapons surface

its not just Liverpool its all over - every uk city has this problem - but scousers are the 1st to whinge about anything. Sorry sleepy2 - but that's hard fact - & my son-in-law is a scouser ! (but he don't whine - he left Aintree 25 years ago !)

liverpool is a great city, the area thay showed on tv 'norris green' is not that bad, i live smack bang in the middle of it, yeah we have had some shootings i mean there was onw last night in my road but dosent every area have crime, im not even in the gangs im what people woud steriotype as an emo an if someone like me can live in a place that people are supposed to be scared to go out in then why dont i get my head kicked in everynight when i go out with my mates round here
its all a bunch of bull S*** to be honest this is a great area an a great city
