My heart breaks for Jon. My 74 year-old-father is dealing with the same thing from my youngest brother. He just married a witch and a narcassist and the first thing she did was convince my brother that his family was bad for him. He's so desperate to keep her, he made up sh!t in his head, dicated by her and now not talking to either of my parents nor his 5 bros. and sisters. It is really a bad situation but I've cried for my father because he is the one most being blamed and for what? We really don't know. It is all convoluded but they went to my brother's little girls ball game and my father and mother saw them. My father was just numb. My mother went over to force them to speak. She stood there and he was talking to someone and his fat wife just sat there he turned and saw here but would NOT even speakr. Finally the gentleman he was talking to was like "um someone is wanting to talk to you" and he finally gave her a grunt His fat wife sat there the whole time and just stared at her. He did not acknowledge my father's birthday OR fathersday this year. It is tearing him apart and my dad is a strong man. It's awful to watch. He and I were extremely close and he won't even call me or answer e-mails or his phone. Fortunately we've forged a relationship with his first wife and we get to see his kids when they are with her. Otherwise, we would not. They were forbidden to spend the night at my sisters. It's just NUTS. Bottom line....JON I FEEL YOUR PAIN.

That's very sad about your brother. I wonder what makes a person do that, manipulate someone into breaking all ties with anyone else that had any significance in his life. What does she gain from this?

To have them all to themselves, to make them dependent and to feel powerful about being able to do it.

I think Angie's done this to Brad too. The only time now he's hanging around with people like Clooney is when it's a movie premiere.

That's why I posted this. I thought his reaction and comments lent credence to the breakdown rumors.

I read it first in a blog and I was p.o. because I thought Voight was likening Bristol's situation to Angelina's because the blogger used the word "parallel" but re-reading it, Voight choked up on Bristol's situation being the focus of interest and someone asked him if he was reminded of Angelina. Yup, it does sound that Jolie has a recurrence of her mental illness by Voight's reaction.
By now Pitt and his family understand that they are dealing with something serious.........well, except Jane who seem to minimize or is in denial because as Jolie supposedly said that she gets upset because Jane always attribute Jolie's issues to "hormones." I think Jolie know she is "mad."

I wonder if James Haven is bringing reports back to Jon.

I think Jon is active in knowing what's going on with Angelina except that
Angelina does not want him publicly involved yet with her. I'm sure to her she blames him for putting out her mental illness in public, that is why no amount of damage control or spinning her illness has no effect.....because it came from her own blood.

too late ,jon. you shouldnt have accused your own child of having mental illness for the world to see. no wonder she hated you. also, you and your exwife played a big role in what jolie is today. bad parenting from one generation and now going to another .

I think you cannot "ACCUSE" anyone of having mental illness.....either you are diagnosed with one or not. It's like accusing someone that she has diabetes? Maybe the word is "EXPOSED?"

Jane and Bill must be extremely worried about their grandchildren. I don't know what laws are like in France for getting someone committed, or if Pitt is smart enough to catch on that Jolie needs serious intervention STAT, if that is the case, but I just hope the little ones are okay.

I don't think they will go for commitment unless she is dangerous. I believe there is a big part of manipulation in angelina's part. I know and have met mentally ill people esp. Bipolars and borderlines who use their illness for their own purposes or to their advantage.
To be mentally ill does not mean stupidity.......some of the most mentally ill psychopaths are very smart and dubious.

someone has to be in charge of the nannies & it looks like Brad needs to travel for his job and jolie needs time alone away from kids.
