Moaning Partner

Postby G450 on Tue Sep 09, 2008 8:04 am

Hi Guys

First post on here, I'm after some advice.

I work full time and my girlfriend part-time, she doesn't drive so I need to do everything, take her wherever she's going, shopping, drop off/pick-up daughter from school etc. On a Monday night I go to a sport club for a few hours and that's it for the week. Last night I mentioned to her I was going out with a few friends on Sat night.............................bl##dy hell I've never seen anything like it, she totally flipped, going on about "how can I just go out and leave her on a Sat night" and how unfair it was and how we want different things.
Is it just me or am I being unreasonable?
:? :?

She sounds selfish and ungrateful and should really learn to drive and gain some independance. If it's one Saturday night that is ok, but a regular thing, no.

no you're not unreasonable

there is obviously another problem bubbling away if she reacted like that, you need to find out what's eating away at her
