hello,
I am 5/9 in height and my weight is 178.5 lbs, I would like to loose my weight within a month bcs i am getting married and i weigh so much i look really bad with this weight.
I cant take a personnel trainner over here like jennie creig as I am Indian and our food and everything is very different , I am really worried how to loose my weight and i tried to take pills but i gained more weight due to it and i am doing exercise and dieting but i am gainning more weight rather loosing.
I am loosing all hopes and whenver i see myself i am really unhappy with it and feel like to cry.
Please anybody suggest me how to loose my weight in a correct order , I will be really thankful to them

Drink water
Eat fresh vegetables
If rice, brown
Forget bread, English bread isn't good
Fruit
White meat
If you have to make sauces, make them with lowfat milk, a mashed (or two) potatoes, soup stock (vegetable), spices
Soups (without cream)
WALK !!!! |

| It is not possible to lose 20 lbs in a month!!!!! Normal loss 1-2 pounds max per week. STarving yourself won't work. The diet pills won't work, as you have found out. Yes, read the many threads on weight and do it SENSIBLY. Fad diets (esp. atkins) not only don't work, you will gain all the weight back. |

| Take it from me.I have tries so many diets bu tthe reason they don't work is because we don't saty ont hem.If you loose 20lbs in month you'll gain it back faste r because you lost so much weight int he forst place.Do it in a slow pcae so it'll stay off and by doinghtat you'r body will be healthier.I am loosing 2 lbs a week which is 8 lbs a month . which is really good aim for a goal like that .So by the time it december you'll be 48 lbs smaller and you'll keep it off cause you went at such a good slow pace.Aim for that goal doesn't that seem resonable than 20lbs in month and then gain back it so easisly.Actually you'll ganin more back. |

It is possible to lose 20 pounds in a month! I lost 35 in a month and a half. I was more active in outdoor activities and just made sure not to eat after 6, it just kinda depends on the time you go to bed. I also found it better to eat 5 small snacks/meals than eat 3 full meals. I hope some of this advice will help you. Just remember everyone is different.
On another note, I just got married almost 2 months ago and decided not to stress myself out to lose weight. I just faced the fact that my man loved for who I already am and didn't worry about trying to change that.

you cant loose 20 pounds healthy in a mounth the only way i can think of would be chopping off a leg dose it need to be 20 lb maybe you could loose 10 pounds by eating 300 cals 5-6 times a day about every three hours and also try loosing inches by doing excersizing to help tone up

I am taking a nutricient class, which is helping me tremendously. Before anything you need to have a possitive attitude and be certain that you will get to loose those lbs. Start by eating your carbs along with a fruit in the morning. During the afternoon specially at lunch, try to eat a meal with all your vegetables, fruits, white meat or fish, and lots of water. Anything that falls before reaching your mouth such as crossaint is fatening, so disregard eating those food.
I understand that it is difficult to start, therefore, it is required adequancy and balance... you have to be willing to do it, girl and trust me you will get there.
PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO EXERCISE EVERYDAY AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OR MORE. ONCE AGAIN DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND VITAMINE AFTER YOUR MEALS EVERYDAY.
