Opinions please???

I am a straight 30 year old male, I work out and have a good stomach and I just love how navel piercings look.

While on holiday in Miami this year I saw a couple of men on the beach with pierced navels, one had a ring in and a few days later I saw a man with a plain bar in. Both looked awesome and it got me thinking about having mine done.

I thought I may get a ring put in, but just wondered what poeple generally thought of guys having it done as it doesnt seem common place here in the UK.

I got mine done 4 years ago whilst on holiday, at the time i asked my chick back home if she'd dump me if i got it done... she said "i'll dump you if you don't"
So i did and i've never had any bad coments from girlfriends or anyone else!

I've been with quite a few girls that totally loved it!
I'd suggest a pierced nipple to complement it... i have both of mine done.

Anyway, its in a covered place so get it done now so its healed by summer... then remove it when you don't feel confident with your top off, i do that quite often!!

David Beckham has gotten some hairstyle that in the pass would be considered gay, if you were a celeb and you did something like that it would be considered a trend, all you are doing is making a statement, be the trend setter. put maybe a male symbol in. don't watch the crowd, let the crowd watch you, be brave enough to lead, that's the mark of a real man. confident enough to do what you want as long as you think it's right.

I'd do it - well worth the trouble.

I got a barbell, doesn't get in the way with your jeans - the ball fits into the navel dimple.

Its also out of sight so you won't offend people who have predjudices.

Im male 20, straight live in UK, Had mine pierced for about 3 months now, loooks cool, My girl friend thinks it's Hot, she wanted me to have it done for ages, then i gave in, never had a bad comment about it, i was pierced with a Ring (BCR) ball closure ring i think they call them, and it's been ok, i love it Very Happy
