The pure and simple answer is you need to tone the breastal area up. Im not saying become a body builder cause too much muscle on a woman tends to be a turn off for the majority of men. But try getting into jogging and do some light exercises designed for the chest. Trust me this has fast and effective results. The downside is that you need to keep the exercise up permanently but if you look at it statistically inverted nipples occure far more often in heavy people

Where did you get that rubbish from?? That is totally untrue!
Im certainly not overweight and am in fact underweight and I have inverted nipples. The answer to this problem is not exercise!

And in terms of getting surgery abroad, I would be very dubious about this. I think I would rather pay extra to ensure that the job was done properly.

Oh no! I thought surgery was the only permanent correction!
What did they say when you went for the surgery? Did they say it was permanent or there were risks it might not work??

I was wondering if anyone knew where to purchase the nipplettes that have been mentioned? I've looked through the computer without luck. Thank you for your help. <><

I'm a guy, and I find inverted nipples INCREDIBLY sexy! I dated a girl in high school, and I would make her cum by sucking them out, then pushing them back in with my tongue repeatedly. She was also ashamed of them until she found out how much they turned me on. Don't be ashamed of your nipples. Most men like the challenge of getting innies to pop out.

i am 21 years old and first noticed that there was something different about my nipples [compared to all the pictures and films that you see when you're younger] when i was about 14/15! I asked my mum about it and she assured me that it's quite common in females [it does also occur in males ocassionally but it's obviously not such a big deal].

I tried the 'AVENT niplette' for a while but found that apart from falling off during the night and feeling embarassingly noticable during the day, they also caused my nipples to bleed, seep and the surface skin to crack!

Not to put anyone off as it has been proved to work for many women [unfortunately just not for me]. You can get them from places like Boots, Mothercare etc by the way!

As i don't see surgery as a option i've come to the point where i'm simply not too bothered about them...i am lucky enough to be in a long term relationship and my bf quite likes them...plus i believe that if you are confident in yourself anyway, whoever may see them whether it be your boyfriend or one night stand, they probably won't even notice anyway!!

i just got both my nipples pierced as they were both inverted and now they look great!completly normal and the piercer was absolutly brilliant, apparently this is a common thing for peircers to deal with so if your considering it go for it!its quick easy and much less risky, cheaper and more conviniant the surgery.iv never been happier.

Very Happy I just started using the niplette today, I pray it works. I read New womens comment about getting her nipples pierced, does that permantly help over a period of time? Did it hurt?

I paid for a surgery, and one of my nipples ended up retracting again though it comes out when I'm cold/when it's stimulated. It's not even though, it sort of looks misshaped. I just got the Avent Niplette, and within minutes my inverted nippled popped out, and it was event and full. I can only imagine the repeated usage will make this permanent. In fact, I'm sure of it.

Its compforting to know im not the only person who has inverted nipples. I have to admit iv never been more embarrased about anything in my entire life! i refuse to have sex without a bra.... and have never shown my boobs to any one of my boyfriends or even my best girl friends. I wish i was just born normal with nice breasts. Is there any alternative to nipplets or surgery cos i just dont hve money?!!?!?! and the so called hoffman technique is crap. just makes me more depressed and makes me feel more ugly

I had flat nipples and used the niplette. It really works but you need persistence. I recommend it.

Hello everyone, I have inverted nipples. I have been embarrased about them my whole life and I am now 49. No guy I have ever slept with (there have been several and an ex-husband)has ever mentioned them but I have spent my whole making sure no-one got near enough to get good look. I totally hate them. I came across this page because I had decided that surgery was my only option. I am single and hoping to meet someone and I just can't go through the whole avoiding the boobs bit again. Plus I want to be able to enjoy the sensation of having 'proper' nipples. I am going to go to Boots tomorrow and buy the nipplettes. Or if that doesn't work I will get them peirced although how the peircer would get them out is beyond me! Then I will have surgery if it comes to that. You might think that at my age I would have gotten used to them but I hate them even more today that I did yesterday. However, it is refreshing to know that I am not alone

I am going to purchase the niplette too. My nipples arent totally inverted and do become erect at times (one is worse than the other) I'm just worried does it hurt at all or does it just depend on the person. I hate feeling inadequate even though no b/f has ever complained ive felt self conscious about it. And that maybe in their head they are turned off by them. I hope this works as I dont think I could go through with surgery.
