In regards to your question on sore nipples:
There is an old saying that goes something like "and that of pleasure comes with pain - and of pain with pleasure." Well, I'm not into the PAIN aspect; so I have found that by gently massaging ones breast and nipple area (between feedings) helps to "toughen-up" (so to speak) the tenderness.
The hurt WILL go away shortly. However, in the meantime, nicely suggest to those who suckle you to please hold/squeeze your breast (with both of their hands) from the "base" out while taking more of the areola area into their mouths with deep, slow sucks (as opposed to tugs and bites on just the nipple). This will spare you some of the pain, also aids in milk let down and should give each of you the feeling of much satisfaction and enjoyment.

I would love to help out but I'm in the UK! When I last suckled on my g/f a while back I would shink her cupsize from something like F/G to an E.
