What's in the startup folder may just be links pointing to an application which is no longer present (if you or an antivirus application got rid of it previously).
Two ways to get at the startup link -
If you can't find it in the user startup folder then check the all users folder at:- C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Or just click start -> all programs -> startup and right-click the offending item & delete it.
If you know the folder is there you should be able to delete it without having to look at it. Just go to start -> run type CMD (click ok)
Once at the command prompt type in this:-
rd "C:\Program Files\rhc34ej0enar" /y /s
it'll either delete it or complain it's not there...
