Why is desperate-for-any-attention-that-she-can-get April Florio has claiming that SHE is Brad Pitt’s new girlfriend? Photos of a brunette mystery woman accompanying Brad Pitt in a Santa Monica ice cream shop recently hit tabloids and were immediately followed with a photo of a hairy man and a red headed woman in Greece. Mike Esterman, a b-list celebrity talent agent told In Touch magazine “I just spoke to her and she was with him in Greece and California...she wants to keep it on the down low.” If she wanted to keep it on the down low then why did her agent leak the story? Why did she submit images to In Touch magazine that have never before been published? Why did SHE ask for permission from the photographer Mark Vivanco for publication rights? Why is she now saying that “ people have claimed to represent me or be my agent. This is untrue. I have worked very hard for every opportunity I have received which makes me very proud of my upcoming movie, “Coming Attractions,”Writer/Director Jason Bunch- and the two other Feature Film projects I have in the works. I have also read that I’m a liar, a thief, and that I am hiding out in Alaska with my mother. This is also untrue. It amazes me what people will say, just to see their name in print. So it isn’t misinterpreted, I am certain that Alaska is a lovely place to hide- I’m just not there, nor am I hiding. I hope this clears up any confusion. Good luck in your pursuit of the little red haired girl. Oh, by the way I’m brunette.” People have claimed to represent her??? She is on Mike Esterman’s website and has a link on HER website claiming that he is her agent!!! Granted it is difficult to get your name out there in today’s faced paced and ever changing entertainment industry...but isn’t this low even for Ms. Florio who is apparently notorious for creating abuzz about herself that is more often than not out and out lies??? A Pennsylvania model who wishes to remain . stated “April Florio is a liar! She doesn’t have a record contract, she has backstabbed just about anyone who has known her. She votes for herself in order to win contests and makes up stories about herself and her many “accomplishments” that aren’t even true! Do some research and you will see that April Florio is nothing more than a desperate, somewhat crazy girl who will stop at nothing to get her name in headlines.” So....some research we did do...April’s greatest claims to fame, aside from her year long love affair with Brad Pitt!!! are these....a part in the 2001 film, American Pie 2. According to various sources, April “won” her spot in the role after entering a contest to be an extra in the film. Speculation would indicate that she may have voted for herself in order to land the “role” that was cut from the final copy of the film. Maxim magazine model? Nope...she “won” a place in the top 10 of a contest looking for “Hometown Hotties”, although celebrity interviewer Chaunce Hayden has already admitted that he “helped her win” through his many connections after dating her 4 years ago. Face of the Bijan perfume campaign that was featured in Cosmo, Marie Claire, Elle, Vogue and other magazines? Wrong again!...Ms. Florio shot an ad that was run once in Marie Claire magazine but cut from the campaign immediately after one campaign run and replaced with a new couple. Brad Pitt romance??? At this point I don’t think that we really need to reiterate on the fact that April Florio is in fact a desperate young woman who is trying to link herself with any name that she can in order to get ahead in an industry that quite frankly it seems really isn’t all that interested in her.
