Yes to the detriment of women looking feminine and sexy!

Unless you have perfect unblemished legs with a natural (not painted on fake tan!!) even-looking tan, bare legs on a woman look ugly and so unfeminine.

So girl, put some stockings and suspenders on or nice silky sheer tights, if your dress is the shorter kind, and look great.

NO NO NO tights OR stockings OR HOLDUPS ... they are old fashioned and unhygienic. They make you sweat and you are not able to wear toe open shoes... if you do then its just plain tacky.

It is soooo passe to even consider any forms of hosiery on your wedding day. Invest in a professional to ensure an even tan ... heck why not have one all over babes.

Please dont be an old fag hag by wearing tights... they only people who wear tights are Drag queens. cross dressers and old fashioned woman.
tights are purely a winter thing .... when you are 4

What has the world come to when a bride considers wearing tights on her wedding day for fucks sake.

They may be practical but absolutely nothing else is that you will be wearing so why spoil the whole effect for your hubby on that ONE day that you want him to remember?

tights fester bacteria and look just absolutely awful ( youve seen the films when criminals put nylon over their faces....well thats what your arse & front looks like with a big F*** off gusset over your probably nice panties ).

Why not just wear a balaclava and a boiler suit and be done with it.

Jesus !

They don't cause thrush in one day. My gf wears them a few days a week except in summer, and she hasn't had it in the 7+ years I've known her. Maybe it also depends on your body chemistry too, and whether they have the cotton gusset or not.

As to whether to wear them, a personal choice, probably depending a lot on the weather too (or more specifically the time of year).

Why not ask the groom what he prefers?

Go to the gym and work on your legs then wear holdups but given that this is 3 years after the original post, u probably don't care anymore

bare legs or tights

Definitely bare legs - either sandals or even bare feet which is becoming more and more popular for weddings

Im going to a wedding at the weekend as a guest and if Im honest I will be wearing tights, although quite pale ones to go with my pink dress as Im not comfortable with bare legs. I think ultimately its a question of personal opinion. probably the best suggestion is to go bare legged during the day and put some tights on for the evening do. Also depends how short your skirt is and how confident you are about not wearing any tights under it

Bare legs and feet

It is definitely a matter for personal choice but I would have thought that either bare feet in sandals or bare feet without any footwear is definitely best for the bride.

I suppose for the bride its best without tights on the actual wedding particularly under your wedding dress. If you change into a shorter dress or skirt for the evening personally I would put tights on but thats just my opinion
