hey ! i got my belly button pierced not too long ago and it's doing pretty good. Remember to think about allergies and stuff before you decide on the jewelery...a lotta people are allergic to nickel so if you are make sure to tell the piercer that. it would suck to get it done then have a reaction and have to get it taken out!

also i have a question....
how long did you guyz wait before changing your jewelery? they say it takes 6-8 months to heal but other people say only 4. i'm really anxious to try some new jewelery but i don't wanna take it out to soon...i was just wondering generally how long people waited. thanks!! :)

Hi I'm thinking about getting mine pierced tomorrow but I'm not sure how much it'll hurt. I've been told I have a pretty high pain threshold.
Also, how long will it take before I can go swimming after getting it done?

Hi, Im 13 going on 14 in a month and i am getting my belly-button pierced in a few monthes. I don't want to physche you out but it really doesn't hurt. They put a clamp on your belly-button ring and it completly numbs it, u feel almost nothing, then 2 seconds later the piercing is in, ALL DONE. don't freak yourself out because you are getting worried about absolutly NOTHING! :)

hey guys-i've had my belly buttin pierced for almost four years and I am sick of it-i took it out a couple of weeks ago and now i cant get the bar through it, will the hole ever fully heal? i dont want it anymore but if i am going to have a littl hole there i figure i might as well decorate it, so will it or wont it heal? and also (this is if i ever get enough money) can you get surgery to make it look like you never had a beely ring?

How many men have their navels pierced? Girls, what do you think about men having their navel pierced?

My girlfriend has her navel pierced and wants me to get mine does as well. I'm not sure if I should go through with it or not. I have my nipples pierced and love it.

Ladies, what do you think?

I am a 31 year old male who has his belly button pierced.. I had it done 10 years ago after I dared my girlfriend to have it done and she dared me back..!! Well I couldnt back out and we both got pierced..

I am the only guy in my 'crowd' to have it done to have a body piercing (I now also have a nipple ring), but all my female friends seem to love it !!

Personally, I think that males getting their belly pierced is a bit sissy. Cos girls are the ones who wear cool clothes that show them and guys don't really show off their bellies in summer or anything unless they're going swimming... nah definitely a girl's thing!

LOVE my navel piercing, had it 8 yrs never any problems. Took it out during my pregnancies, but not till i had to, and had it straight back in after. I LOVE it.
if you can't be a good example, then you'll just have to be a horrible warning!!!

Mine an 'inni' one and they did mine, they struggled a bit cos the skin on my stomach was so tight they found it tricky to get enough to go thru the scissor clamp but they managed in the end.
