It is not Jen in the picture, no chance! Was the telethon pre-taped, because she was in LA if it wasn't. Its not unusual to get pictures in Toronto, but this girl did a good job-she could have sold this perhaps! I wonder what time it was taken, does it say? The premiere was at 9:30, so I wonder if this was pre or post show. I saw on the news that there was a fire, and they evacuated the building and nearby hotel, the report said Pitt was among those who had to leave! My daughter works in Yorkville-near where the pic was taken-she said you could really smell the smoke-but that was earlier than this picture, perhaps they made people leave again.
There were at least three outside parties going on - I could hear the P Diddy one at home-I assume that was the one-based on the timing. There was another concert after the BAR premiere, that I would bet Pitt would go to. The Edge (Brad's friend from the beach shots) , Jimmy Page and some other musician I can't remember were playing at the Premiere of a music documentary-not sure if that was open to the public. There are also lots of musicians in town for the Virgin Festival this weekend, as well as a do with Richard Branson, Kate Hudson and Petra Nemcova. There was so much it was hard to keep track!
Lainey has posted a breathless gushing report (what a surprise!) about the crowds, not noting of course, that they were there for lots of other events, and it was in the club district which is busy on a normal Friday night. I wouldn't be surprised if Pitt stayed, he sure looked comfortable, drink in hand, didn't he? There is a blond woman he has been seen with before, I saw her last year, she may be an assistant or producer. I'm not able to get out much due to illness, but many friends and family were out tonight, so I'll see what I can find out. One in particular was going to the Virgin do, and is also friends with U2, so she may have stuff to spill.
I was here for a while earlier, and back up with insomnia-I was thinking how strange to be at this board, while Bradders is a few minutes away. In days gone by, would have been out and about, but not this year! I hope I can get to at least one film, this is the second year of missing my TIFF. At least I get to live vicariously through others-better than nothing for now!
