I think we are pretty well educated, it takes semen under pressure to enter the vagina, pass through the cervix, get up through the whole length of the womb and reach the fallopian tubes in the hope of finding a ripe egg. Personally I've never had any expereince of it happening, nor known anyone who has, but it is grossly incorrect to say that it could never happen.
