No idea - best thing to do is see if it's reported to the site admins through the "Ask a question" section. If it's not there then start a thread and someone will look into it for you.

My first guess is that your browser cookies file, and cache, are totally full.. or your firewall, or browser settings, are limiting cookies and/or scripts...

I had the same problem but due to forgetting my username from never using it i had to reregister to sign in. Once done after posting the jane doe name a few times i logged out and i was still able to sign in as guest without a pass afterwards. I think they are making people register but agin you can continue using guest after the first log in.

Maybe you clicked, "Log me on automatically each visit:".. which probably means there's probably a cookie saved in your browser's cache or somewhere..?

If I cleaned the browser, and it still happened, and I was hellbent on fixing it, I'd try:
Go to Start>Run>type in "regedit">Enter>Edit>Find>"femalefirst">and remove any found entries...

I don't see that code page neither... Probably it's a forum software setting that recognizes that my IP has a registered FF account...
