I would highly recomment the work of Karen Betts - permanent makeup artist from Channel 4's 10 Years Younger. She and her trainees really are the elite of the business. There are many excellent permanent makeup artists out there, many of them trained by karen herself! So, make sure you are happy with your consultation and that you trust the technician you choose.
