I lost time on that one too. I read the sentence in French no problem, but then couldn't switch back to English to read the answers! I had to guess (wrongly) at the ciggies and our soldiers questions.

Livid to see that my 10/10 yesterday was worth no more points than Caluk's 9/10.
Waiting since 8th January 2012....

How come 9/10 gets same points as 10/10?

Questions correct: 8 / 10
You took 227 seconds to complete this quiz.
Total score: 573

I hesitated with Q2. I should have gone with my first instinct, but I changed my answer to an incorrect one.
I guessed Q6 and got it correct. I also guessed Q10, but got it incorrect.

If you're using the standard UK English spell checker for Firefox, I can see why it gave a different spelling. It's really a US spell checker that's been renamed. I've tried both the UK and Australian "dictionary" plug-ins for Firefox and they both insist on US spelling for everything. We can add new words to it, but even editing the file doesn't appear to have a way to delete any of the standard words. :?

Nope, it's an IE Google toolbar checker Boingo and it's usually right. The funny thing is that my spelling has improved dramatically since I started using it. Often it doesn't try to correct me at all these days! The bizarre thing is that it appeared to change its mind about the spelling of grammar this morning...

Someone told me JackRussell uses Firefox, but without a spell checker

Is it working correctly? I have the British English spell checker installed along with Dictionary Switcher and it works fine.
