When i eat my tummy just sticks out, its like a bag the mor u fil it up the bigger it gets, if i have a right piggy day a look pregnant (not an exaggeration) does anyone else's so this or jus mine? im presuming its because i have no tummy muscle, how long will it take for sit ups to have an effect? they only woek the top bit of my stomach, whereas i need to work the bottom. Any advice?
