Well I have been on-off dieting for a while and my hair is falling out in vast amounts. Is this because of my diet? if so, what would you recommend for me to eat?
Blimey, makes me glad i've never been sucked into one of those miracle diets. I've never heard of that happening, which diet have you been on? If I was you I'd seriously have that checked out, go and talk to a professional a doctor, nutritionist (if you think its related to dieting) etc... someone who can maybe explain what is causing that to happen.
