Unprotected sex generally leads to pregnancy and child-bearing (!) which DOES cause an increase in breast size--anywhere from a couple of cup sizes to pretty much doubling in size. But the effect is mostly temporary unless you choose to breast-feed, in the which case they will generally remain somewhat larger. Speaking from the experience of my ex-wife, and oldest daughter, now 28, with 3 kids, divorced, and no longer breast-feeding.
