sorry don't agree went to the hairdressers ans asked for a head of bright red hair and was quoted 45 quid (I have have dyed black hair) I came away with a streak of the most pitiful shade of orange you have ever seen (after listening to her harping on about this magnifiscent magma S*** which didn't work) and was charged 60...ok she agreed to do it again but it would not have been 60 if it had worked the first time. I had to have a couple of centimetres chopped off as the ends were a bit frazzled but it looks ace. Also, had to and still am giving it some really good conditioning treatments but yeah, well worth it and completely achievable.
Black to blonde though? I don't think you can do that! the lightest my colour went was orangey...
