'fashion' question for the ladies here

Hi there

Excuse me posting on the fashion forum as I'm male but I'm looking for female opinions on this outdoors top I bought recently. It's unusual but it's quite practical.

Since I've had it, I've got mixed reactions on it - so I wondered what your thoughts would be if you saw someone wearing it. What would you think?
