fertile dates website?

hi,
i went onto a website where you put in the first date of your last period and the how many days your cycle is, and it calculates your most fertile dates, and when the baby would be due: link

so, my question is, can i go by these dates when im most likely to get pregnant? and the due date?

My dw used fertility friend website and said it was really helpful !!

It does seem to work not to sucessfully have the baby but definatly to get pregnant in the first place
