I have 2 tattoos. They are both small one on my lower hip and one on my lower back. I am not a lesbian and I'm not in the adult industry and I wouldn't consider myself a slut since I've only had sex (any kind of sex) with 1 person and it has been the same guy I've been with for 6 years and we're married. I also wouldn't consider myself dangerous...I'm a school teacher. I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't really do anything dangerous unless you call going to Jazz concerts and the ballet "dangerous." So I think that the comment about sluts, lesbians whatever having tattoos is kind of wrong. Also, I the tattoos I have symbolize the obsticals I overcame as a child and when I am having a hard day they are a reminder I get a nice long bath and when I see them in the mirror, I remember that things were worse and I overcame them. Plus they are in private areas that the average person will not see so who cares...I got them for myself not for guys to say, "oooo thats hot" or "ooooo what a skank"

Tattoos are for rough types and I think any woman who wants one is degrading herself. Also they look really vile after a few years as they fade and blur. YUK...Major turn off!!

By the way...I get free re coloring so when they do fade, I go in for a touch up and they are good as new.

And I think that it is only degrading when a woman does it for the fad, believe it or not there are some people out there that get tattoos because they actually like them. And guess what...some of those tattoos have significant mean so unless you have one I don't think you should be so quick to judge.

Are you kidding me? This has to be one of the most absurd things I've ever heard. There are many people, women included, that get tattoos for personal reasons and do not advertise that they have them. And even if they did, who cares? But to label someone a slut because they have ink on their body is just plain ignorant.

BTW, I have tattoos. I'm an accountant, in a long term relationship, and have never been a porn star/stripper/lesbian. My tattoos are not visible to anyone other than me and are personal.
