My friend told me about this site and I to am a cross dresser. I am going to go out in public as a girl soon and i was wandering what your vote on a denim mini skirt with a white screen tee. If that's not descriptive enough then I have also put the links to them below. I also want to know your vote on gaffes vrs. tucking and taping. Oh, and what kind of shoes would go good with this outfit.

Sorry for all the questions but I am kind of nervous since this is my first time.

With the denim skirt and white tee, I would suggest sneakers and bobby or ankle socks. I am not familiar with a gaffe but think tape would be rather uncomfortable. Whatever you do be sure to properly restrain it so that you will not have an unsightly bulge. Also with a mini you will have to be careful that it doesn't show when you sit or bend over.

Don't look at yourself as a crossdresser but as having the freedom to wear any clothes of your choice. Do you want to be seen as a guy in a skirt or as a girl when you go out?

W0w i nvr thot of it that way but just so u no a gaffe is a Thong like pantie that tucks ur dick away without any pain or tape

Girls are more lucky than they know lol. They can wear anything and get away with it. If a guy even shows one feminine trait he is labeled as a "faggot". It is normally put nasty like that.

I don't really care what people think. I don't care if people hate me, I do what I enjoy, and that is being feminine.

Let guys dress in girl's clothes and they will become more respectful of women.

I agree with you, I don't give a SH** what people think. This is my life and I am going to enjoy doing what I like doing. People are way too judgemental as far as I'm concerned. As long as the women I love has no problem with it I will continue in my ways!!!!

I don't see any problem with this. There are a variety of reasons why men want to wear women's clothing. I won't get into it, because I could write a thesis about the subject.

I myself love to cross-dress. Often, I'll wear tights openly, under shorts. I've never had any problems because I'm confident and if you're confident and not acting nervous or anxious over your fashion choices, then people will tend to leave you alone. They may snicker behind your back, but that's no big deal. They're just being silly - or are jealous because they'd like to do the same thing themselves but don't have the testicular fortitude!

The fact is, for several centuries, skirts and tights were men's fashion, it's what men wore. We even wore make-up during the Renaissance. Women weren't even allowed to show off their legs while men showed theirs off constantly. We were like peacocks and proud of it. Men even wore silk stockings right up to and including the mid-1800s. These days, it's almost a complete reversal of fortune (I say "almost" because at least men can wear shorts.) But it's only very recent in our history.

On a different note, men often cross-dress in order to discover for themselves the sultriness of feminine sexuality. Male sexuality is often so harsh that it's no wonder why we're fascinated with female sexuality to the point of dressing up and looking girly ourselves. It's as if we're trying to open the door to that side in order to discover what secrets it's hiding!

I seriously suggest you check out the tranny scene, go to nightclubs that are CD/TV friendly. I go to one in East London every few weeks and it's a great way to show off your feminine charms within an accepting and welcoming environment. I can tell you, since I started partying in drag, it's really helped and made me feel so good.

And, need I mention that women dress in whatever male attire suits their fancy and never get harassed for it. So what's so wrong with males wanting to wear skirts/tights/high heels? Again, all those things once comprised male fashion norms. And I think it's high time we took them back.

Yeah, thongs are really great for that. And if your  goes up, your Thong will feel VERY good. :D Remember, for most skirts, you will need "restraint", and you will get a bulge if you tuck it under the waistband.

Let guys dress in girl´s clothes

I fully agree. Dressing may be part of role play in general. There may be a considerable change of power if guys are wearing skirts and dresses, leaving the pants to their female partners.
My wife noticed that I liked to dress in women´s clothes shortly after we
met ( before marriage ). She did not only tolerate but actively supported
it, realizing what big chance it could be for her to feminize me.
Today I am waering skirts and dresses at home most fo the time ( sometimes also going out with her en femme!), and she is wearing the pants. There is an exchange of power in bed also. And meanwhile I am doing most of the housechores. It seems she is gradually tunring the tables. She enjoys wearing the trousers and taking the lead, and I am happy with it. Maybe this is becoming a major trend of the future?

I just stumbled on this thread, and it looks like it's already run out of steam, but i was disappointed to find that the links to all of stilletolover's pics are broken! Are they posted somewhere else? I'm dying to see them! From the comments, they sound pretty hot!
